I bought several no show socks with confidence having bought and worn without any problems many Smartwool socks before. After just two steps outside my house the socks got off my heels!! So uncomfortable and impossible to wear. I am very disappointed in Smartwool

I would agree with others review. Without the elastic, which was comfortable by the way, the sock slips off in my shoe and then becomes a constant tug of war. Please bring back the old model with elastic.

I've been a fan of the Smartwool hide and seek no show socks for years! After several years of wear, I needed to replace them as the toe box was wearing and the no slip grip was beginning to deteriorate. I'm very disappointed in the "remake" - they slip no matter what kind of shoe I'm wearing. It's very annoying and I've found myself reverting back to my old pairs even though they're wearing on the pressure points. Please bring back the old model!

'I purchased the correct size, but they're too big and bunch up and stick out at my heel. I'll try a smaller size and see if that's any better. I'm a fan of Smart Wool socks and have never had problems before.

Wore under slip on walking shoes. I'm a size 7 1/2. The size medium sleuth was loose. I don't have experience with this type of sock so I didn't think anything of it. The socks slid off my heals several times as I walked casually in my neighborhood, doing errands. I stopped and pulled them back over my heal each time. Frustrating!

I am a huge fan of SmartWool, but these just don't work. The heel slides off after a few steps. I tried these again after ordering a pair last year in hopes that they had been redesigned, but they still have the same issue. I wouldn't recommend These little socks.

I didn't use this style because it fit poorly and when I tried to exchange it, never heard from Smartwool and finally called them, I was told my credit card would be credited and they do not do exchanges for the product that I really liked and fit well. Smartwool would do well to advise their customers that they do not do exchanges. I understand they are big on returns, but that helps nothing when you want to exchange for another sock at the same price!!!! Truly disappointed. Will remove Smartwool from my email.

I really looked forward to getting these. The fit runs small and I bought the large. They won't stay on my heel. I bought two pair and will be returning the extra pair. First time I've been disappointed in Smart Wool socks. .

If these fit, I would give them 5 stars. I wear a size 11M shoe, and purchased these in size Large (10.5 - 12.5). Even though they should fit a foot much bigger than mine, I had to stretch them to get them on, which means as soon as my foot flexed, the back of the sock popped off. After 5 steps, I had a wad of fabric at the ball of foot. I have the Hide and Seek socks in size L, and they fit perfectly... unfortunately, they are too high in front to wear with ballet flats. I purchased the men's No Show socks, which are actually shorter in the front than the women's Hide and Seek, but again, still to high for ballet flats. My search continues. I LOVE Smartwool and it's really the only sock I buy anymore. My husband turned me onto them... we were traveling and I forgot socks, so he let me use his SW thin business socks. My go to socks are the Best Friend and Cable. So sad that this particular design didn't work for me.

most of the socks was fine--the polyester shiny hem, not so great. I returned them--I don't know why smartwool has started to add synthetics into their products.
