The shoes that arrived were the wrong color. I ordered the XX-wide, but the shoes that arrived were too narrow for my feet.

The shoes are attractive, and decently constructed, but even the Extra Extra Wide size was too tight. I have sent them back and expect to receive a refund. Rockport's refund policy includes free shipping for returns. I was informed that Nunn Bush does not, so the shipping cost alone will substantially reduce my refund if it is honored. Also, when I purchased the shoe, I used a coupon that offered a 10% discount plus free shipping. Instead I was given a 15% discount but w/o free shipping which reduced the discount by approximately $5.00. I pointed it out to Customer Service, but was told my coupon only provided for a 15% discount and that I would have to order $100.00 of product for free shipping. When I responded with a screen shot of my coupon, I did not receive an answer.

Way to small for a 9.5

for me the shoe just wasn't as stylish as I though. The shoe was a little wide, even though I bought the medium. Also its not as Comfortable as I though. I have back problems and can't stand for long periods of time, so I need comfortable shoes with good cushioning.

I bought two pairs of these shoes for use in a restaurant setting but had to return my second, unworn pair and no longer wear the other pair because I slip and nearly fall several times each shift when I wear them. I do not have that issue with other designs of "slip resistant" soles. For safety reasons, I would not recommend these shoes for restaurant use!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR RESTAURANT USE!!! Unless you want to feel like an 8-year old at a June 1996 birthday party by taking several trips down the Slip-N-Slide. I bought two pairs but returned one after wearing the other at work because the slip-resistance was non-existent. The "KORE" soles are anything but slip resistant; I'm just lucky I did not get seriously injured while wearing these at work!

They were uncomfortable and I had to return them.

I bought this show thinking they will be comfortable, but after wearing it for 2 hours the back of my ankle starting to rub really bad and started to hurt and peel my skin.
