Excellent quality, good looks and easy to identify. Could be lighter.

Nice luggage

I bought this spinner to be my primary luggage for short (2-7 day) business trips. It has only seen one round trip so far. Of course, the perfect shell is scuffed now that baggage handlers have had a go at it, but the Samsonite quality seems to be there. I love the roomy interior. Having only recently switched from canvas-sided luggage, I particularly enjoy the two equally-sized interior halves with the zippered divider between.

It's a pretty good stylish suitcase. Easy to carry and identify. I think the only problem is the material that it can easily get scratches, and they are pretty visible if the suitcase is in black color. Apart from that, all good!

Color and products are satisfactory.

Beware!! I bought 4 of the carry on 21" since my airline carry on was 22" However with the wheels these are 23" . Great luggage but not for airline travel.

this bag BARELY meets the carry on size requirements for many airlines and doesn't meet them at all for some.

I had this for about 4 years. Its outer shell held up well, with only a few minor scratches. The wheels kept on rolling making it easy to move. I travel for family and vacations. I flew about 6 times a year. The zippers did not hold up well. The part you grab fell off. I tries to get it repaired and or the piece replaced, but very frustrating getting anyone competent on the process on the phone. I utilized the online process, which had me paying and or driving over an hour from my home to drop off. I purchased 30 minutes from my home, although only certain locations permit drop-off for repair. I expected better from Samsonite.

To be honest I love the design pretty much, it is light, fashionable, however, the material used for this luggage is not durable enough! very easy to get scratches!!

The spinner is small and not too heavy. However, the prices of it is too expensive.

First trip, a zipper pull broke and fell off with gentle pull. Everything seems to be working fine.

Handle keeps popping out on top which is very frustrating when your unloading or picking up

The suitcase capacity is 5 stars, but the outside construction leaves a lot to be desired. While I expected their to be some wear and tear on the outside after 1 trip (and that was only to my EU destination, not the return) the checked luggage looks like it is years old vs. brand new (or even newish).

Looks great and lots of space to pack what I need. But...i wanted a high quality zipper. I was surprised at the low quality. I should have spent more on a bag with a better zipper. I do not expect this to last more than a few trips

The main zipper broke on our first travel, I'm still trying to get the part but had no response yet

Beautiful carry-on, spacious inside but handles are flimsy and stitches around the zipper look like they are about to come off. Only used it twice.

Love the space and configuration but on my first trip I did gate check in of the bag and it came back with a huge dent and 2 wheels that had the tread melted off. I don't think this bag is sturdy enough to be checked.

I was looking to purchase a high quality hard case piece of luggage and the Freeform Large Spinner appeared to fit the bill. I purchased as a gift. It arrived well packaged and on time. I needed to shop online, as there are no retail stores close by to physically see one. I am somewhat disappointed in its construction, a plastic/ rubbery feel. Have not yet had a chance to put it to the test by sending it through an airport luggage system, hence the 3 star rating.

Does This Have the CalifProp65 Warning? I want to purchase luggage that does not require the California Prop65 Warning. I cannot rate higher without knowing.

Great design, great weight, spinner wheels are excellent. Three stars because the zipper is already pulling after one trip.

I could not open the tsa lock when I set up a new combination

The carry-on is excellent for mobility, but I used it once and checked the bag at the airport, and now the suitcase looks like a disaster! (it looks like my carry-on was a cat fight) The texture on the carry-on has a fine detail that is easy to scratch. A minor scratch can go deep into the surface. I wish it would have been a smooth surface instead. I give three starts because, after one use, it should hold better.
