I bought this for a two week trip through Europe that included wheeling this through airports, train stations, and trains. I easily handled two weeks of clothes without the need to expand. I am a fairly old guy, but I could pull this plus my partner's, heavier bag. It's tough, good looking, and easy to move. You can't ask for more. Its built in combination lock was a lot more convenient than my partner's padlock. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.

Good quality and nice looking

I love everything about this suitcase.

Many airlines in other countries permit 20-23Kg checked in bag. Sometimes, we walked for long distance with our suitcases. There's not much space inside European train although we're in the first class. We have to put our larger size Samsonite suitcases away from us in the hallway. We need lighter and smaller checked-in suitcases. I bought 2 of 24" Samsonite spinners, for my husband and me. We bought hardshell most of the time because it's easier to clean. This new Samsonite is very easy / smoother / lighter to move around. Our older ones are heavier although they are 4 wheels that supposedly to slide on your side, not pull. The slot for our information is very nice. I love the fact that the lock is planted in the suitcase so I do not have to put our own lock on it. But, the lock is not very easy to slide; I have to use my fingernail to change the numbers and yet it's not easy to turn. I hope Samsonite change the lock system to more smooth one. I hope the time will make the key easier to slide. I put a dog tag on each suitcase with engraved (our) information so we can spot our suitcases from distance. With this new look, we now have tidier, better look of suitcase!

I like walking suticases - less of a drag on me.

Quality is fenomenal, everything from zip to wheels goes smooth. Capacity, storage and putting out are comfortable, so even with packed luggage you can easy access pockets. Highly recommend this luggage.

Sturdy and light. Great spinners. I needed a carry on that I can expand, in case I am coming home with additional items.

We love the design and the capacity. We use this and one more suitcase and it holds everything we need for a week long trip. We will use just this case for a weekend trip.

So far so good, only taken on 1 trip. Holds up well, got involuntarily checked and still came out fine

the directions on opening the piece of luggage was missing a key point which was that you needed to push in the TSA lock in addition to the instructions provided with the luggage. Necessitated a call to customer service

Moves very easy.

Having 8 wheels really improves handling over the standard 4 wheel spinners I've had in the past and it has a very stylish look. I also purchased the 24" for my checked bag, where I found that the handle felt a little weak once the pounds were added on (between 30 - 47 lbs), but I was still able to manage quite well.
