This was the most horrible luggage purchase I ever made, so disappointing lock broke first trip, corner big huge dent first trip, expensive and it did not last I will be returning this...zippers not smooth, not strong

On the first trip, three things happened. 1 the wheel got knocked so hard that it impacted making it not roll smoothly. 2. The luggage expander cannot really be used because the two hardshells collapse into each other, causing crushing of the contents 3. The expandable handle doesn't fully secure to one side as you slide it up. 4. Small tear in the zipper leaving some treading.
