I felt the styling to be too masculine for my taste which you couldn't really tell from the pictures. Also the inside capacity was diminished by the handle mechanism taking up a lot of space. I'm also disappointed in Samsonite's return policy and making you pay for return shipping. Due to the weight and box dimensions, the return shipping cost almost as much as the bag. Very disappointing they don't offer some sort of pre-paid label like every other online store in 2019. Based on that alone, don't buy this bag unless you want to fork out $50 to return it

I was disappointed with the suitcase as the interior was significantly smaller than described due to the handle taking up inside space. You could barely pack two shoes inside. Plus, the seams were very weird and cheap on the outside which made it look very masculine, not my taste. It didn't look like that from the pictures online. I called to get a return label and was told Samsonite does not offer return labels. So I have to take a 10lb huge box to the post office. I live in a city and have no car, this is extremely inconvenient. Two other luggage places I had ordered bags from offer $9.95 return labels. Come on Samsonite, get with the program! I am extremely disappointed with Samsonite and will not be shopping here again.
