These are made so cheap. The sole is so thin. I pulled out my granddaughters old boots size 1 and these size 6 have a thinner sole.

When buying an expensive pair of kid’s shoes I would expect the item to be wrapped and delivered in a manufacturer’s biz.
Obviously these were a return. They weren’t in an Uggs’ box and there was lint on them.

These boots are comfortable and I wear them a lot in the winter, but after only two years, the sides are rolling unattractively, and uneven at that. I'd return the product if I could.

I feel like I got the one pair that is defective based on the other reviews. I bought these boots for my daughter last year and the top rolls down constantly. It did that right from the get go. By the time she had them on for a few minutes they had rolled all the way to her ankle. I tried everything to keep them from rolling but it didn't work. She ended up not wearing them and I bought a different style.

Last year I bought my wife a pair of uggs and she loves them. I also paid for gift wrapping they looked great. I ordered my daughter some this time and paid for gift wrapping and it wasn't gift wrapped. If they sell youth sizes why would they not accomadte their gift wrapping boxes also..very dissapointed. There's nothing wrapped about it. I recommend not to order t them online

The whole boots just looks like a knock off , wish I could have post a picture . The quality of UGG is not the same this second pair of UGG I bought this year first the mini Sunburst now this and quality on both sucks.

I only used two times and the material feels sooo thin and not original. They feel what I think fake Uggs would feel like. I even bought the Ugg spray and cleaner and they are faded. I’m so disappointed to have spent all this money on these.

My boys put these on for first time and perfect size. But on first light snow, after only 15min outside, came inside with freezing feet and soaked socks. Liquid seeped through front of all four boots between fabric and bottom of boot - they are not water proof in any way. If their feet get soaked this quickly, these are worst performing winter boots I have ever purchased. After the first wear I am ridding of them and finding replacements :(. Definitely do not recommend these - look great but big fail on function.

The boots for my granddaughter are expensive for a child’s boot. However, when paying $129 for that item I expect an Uggs box, not a cardboard box with a note about original packaging being damaged. That’s unacceptable. Very disappointing, Zappos.
