i got a size 6 but they look extremely large , they are way to loose and too baggy

The sizing is off and there weren't half sizes.

i am not going to buy from this company again because i bought this pair for my cousin and within 3 days the started to break and fall apart!

Ugg's are my all time fav boots but these are cute but definitely not as great as others. They feel so light in weight I thought someone stole them from the box. They say there's the same wool on the bottom but no everything feels so synthetic and cheap which I'm not used to with ugg. I wore them for May be 4 hrs and I sat all day & they have aGIANT crease. And it started raining as I walked In my house. Now there's 2 giant rain spots on the front of the boot that's supposed repel the water and spills

They got a hole in them less than a month after I got them

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchases from UGG. I originally purchased the Bailey Bow boots, which faded dramatically after only two wearsfar beyond what could reasonably be considered normal wear and tear. For a premium-priced product marketed for quality and durability, this level of fading was unacceptable. I expected the boots to maintain their appearance for at least a full season, not look noticeably worn after two uses. Due to that experience, I decided I did not want to keep the second pair I had purchasedthe Tall Classic bootsand attempted to return them. However, I was told that because I was outside the return window, nothing could be done. While I understand that return policies are in place for a reason, it is incredibly frustrating when one product fails almost immediately and, as a result, I am unable to return another unworn pair simply due to timing. Following customer service guidance, I also used the recommended restoration service in hopes of correcting the fading issue with the first pair. Unfortunately, the service did not resolve the problem. Overall, it felt like I was being directed to spend additional money to fix an issue that should not have occurred in the first place. Between the premature deterioration of the first pair, the inability to return the second pair after such a disappointing experience, and the unsatisfactory restoration outcome, I am left feeling completely let down. I expected far better quality and customer support from a brand with such a strong reputation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend these products.

Product poorly made.

These boots look cute but they are really flimsy. I'm not sure my child's feet will even be warm in these. Compared to the other boots we've ordered in the past something with the material has definitely changed and not in a good way, especially since these boots are not priced low. The soles of the boots are not solid or hard like previous pairs, the shaft of the boots simply folds when trying to put them on, and the material inside is thin. All of these are odd and not like the regular Ugg boots we are used to know.

The color that I thought I was getting was a pale pinkie instead got a light gray boot.

The shoe cane with white spots all over them when my granddaughter opened them up for her birthday present A horrible surprise

Product was good however UPS making the delivery sucks. I would order more if you change that

The material was not good. The fur comes out every time I put them on. Is the right size but loose on the top. I just didn't like them at all.

I already own quite a few pairs of Uggs . But comparing the prior manufactured/made quality with the ones I received is way off. The Bailey bow ( kids) inside fluff started shedding, coming off as I ran my fingers through it. Inside fluff felt synthetic NOT REAL wool. I own two pairs of Bailey bows( adult) 3-4 years old . The inside still feel so soft and like an actual wool . I am not very good at vetting knock offs vs real BUT something was weird. Higher ups needs to pay attention!!!Nonetheless, returned it as soon as I received it. Will not be buying online from them!

Bought these in black for my 9y/o daughter and after only the 2nd wearing the dye faded. The boot looks awfully discolored. Like a grayish navy color. It's all bad. My daughter loves the comfort but, the quality is certainly not what it use to be.

After two purchases of the Bailey Bow II in Chestnut this grandmother broke down and purchased the Pink Azalea. I figured since they were pretreated to protect against WATER and staining for all the dirt, puddles, and ketchup out there (verbatim from the website), that the lighter color would be okay. The other day she was on wet grass and there was a wet ring around the boot even after they dried. Not only this, but the pink dye ran and ruined the ribbons bows on the back. We also noticed with the Pink Azalea her feet smell awful. This never happened with the Chestnut. This is so disappointing after she has had them for only 3 months. They looked awful and so I washed them on gentle with cold water and mild soap (not detergent). That helped a bit, but the ribbons are still stained with the pink dye. This is so sad because at 5 years old she was so happy to have the Pink Azalea. Money down the tube because of the color only.

I ordered a pair of this boot for my daughter in October by November, I could not understand the way it looked like, I wandered why it was so ugly. So In December, I went to a dry cleaner and payed to get it clean and after two (2) weeks I went there to pick it up, it was the same. And at that point I realized that I didn't get a good quality boot. I would never buy anything on the website anymore.
