I thought these were so cute!!! And they are. But the stitching comes u done. The 1st time I wore them they have started to unravel so disappointing

I purchase these for my daughter and they were in back order. When I finally receive them she threw away the box but never wore them because her foot grew so quickly and now they're too small.

These uggs are amazing my boys love them! Usually I purchase from Zappos but I thought to spread the love this year by from some different retailers never again will I buy from Ugg.com!!! They were on back order never got an email following up notification nothing since 12-5. I had to argue with 2 different cuts service reps they still won't expedite shipping unbelievable never again will I purchase from ugg.com again we still don't have my sons shoes SMH

I can take the run around I placed an order with since and was told I will get it by the 20 of December but never did I called and was told February then after further check I was told Jan 6 let see!!!!!

The Ugg slipper that I received were not genuine Uggs. I own over ten pairs of Uggs, and these aren't real Ugg. The slippers did not have the r after the Ugg on the top or the bottom. I'm very disappointed in Zappos!

This is the third year that I am getting these slippers for my son. I am very disappointed with my last experience with these slippers because after a few times my son wore these slippers, they started to smell very bad. Considering the fact that these are the real Uggs, they shouldn’t be smelling this way. I have purchase many slippers and shoes from uggs for myself, husband and my children. I never had this experience.

The stitching came out on both shoes within 2 weeks of having them. I would expect them to last longer for the price. Im not sure if i can get a refund or exchange but i will not purchase again.

I PAID AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FOR GIFT WRAPPING, AND THEY DID NOT GIFT WRAP.
INSTEAD PUT GIFT WRAP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX.????

My son loves his Slip ons. We are on our second pair in less than a year and they rip at the seams of sole and the other shoe ripped at the decorative trim. Company has been great to offer credit bit everything that he likes, has been sold out in his size 6.
