Need receipt so I can return for bigger size.

My gel just slips out alot

Really cute but they're to small with socks and with socks they're to tight.

The only thing that I have a complaint about is how long it took for them to get here like 2 1/2 months and they didn't offer any cashback or any store credit or anything

My granddaughter was so anxious to get her new UGG'S that she had waited soooo long for only to find out they were way to large she actually needed one size Smaller. And they are UNAVAILABLE??? Such a disappointment

Material and fur quality has decreased.

Bought them for my daughter, backorder so took a bit to get them but they are so cute! Wish I would've sized up to a size 2 though because they run small!

They are okay, leather seems cheap. They also run small! I am a 5y usually and got 6y as I like to wear thick socks with Uggs. They hardly fit with thin socks

I love uggs but the sizing is really off. A 3 is way too tight uncomfortable and a 4 has my foot slipping inside the boot. I have multiple uggs and it's the same with all of them. I recently purchased the slippers and my heel is constantly slipping out of them.

Beautiful slippers but I ordered a size 3 & the heel of my foot would lift up, so I went back in store to try on a size 2 in case the sizing ran large but the size to was to small, & size 3 & 4 just didn't fit right. It could be that I have a thin foot and the shoes width is to wide.

Returned due to being too small. Unfortunately they did not have next size up.

These are so cute and comfortable but I spilt on them and used the Ugg cleaning kit to clean them and it made them worse

these were small so I had to return, but ill be repurchasing in women's.

Your customer service representative lied about my order and then no one could or could fix the situation.

I have worn the kids version of this slipper for about 13 years. Im 50 and a size woman's 8 so 6 works great. I'm now on my 4th pair with the first 2 lasting about 10 years with many many machine washes and year round all day indoor wear. My 3rd pair lasted about a year and a half before blowing out in the toe and the inner footbed wearing off. This pair had one washing. My latest, a fun red color, I've owned about a week and a half. The insole feels like a man made material and it's already wearing down in the toe. I've also notice that the interiors don't keep toes as warm as my old pairs, which looked like a natural wool/shearling material. The sole, I'm convinced is some kind of cheaper plastic like foam material you may find on a Dearfoam slipper. And lastly, not to be to negative but the upper feels like a faux/man made material. Perhaps I'm confused, are these all now made with all man made materials? I'm not convinced that these will last a year. We will see? I've just notice a decline, like most things in life. That being said, they look cute and the price for kids isn't to bad for the styleif it is in fact real materials. I'll still likely buy them because they fit comfortably and work well for me but I'm guessing it will now be an annual purchase so I'll have to determine if the cost is worth it for a pair I toss at the end of the season.

I ordered on December 3rd and have not gotten my order

Wore them 3 times and already the stitching on the top around the ankle is coming done. And I was not doing anything that would cause a lot of wear and tear. I basically went to and from my car and sat at a desk all day. Very disappointed as these are brand new and starting to look beat up so quickly. I've had about 5 other pairs of these over the years and the quality was better in previous years.

These slipper make your feet look huge. I am a size 4 kids and immediately as I tried them on my feet looked instantly double in size!
