These slippers are worth the cost! They have held up so well, don't smell like some other slippers I have ordered from other sites & they are super comfy!

I'm just tired of the difficulty with sizing. I just received my order for 2 of these, black and pink. The brown is sold out as usual They're pictures of people with cool colors from whatever social media platform you have posted on your site wearing different styles. Where do they get them? I do not see them on your website. It's getting old have to deal with things like this. I've purchased many in the past, ordered a larger size and these are too small. These are not inexpensive slippers for children or adults. It should not be difficult to order a slipper.

Love the slippers, so comfy, but even a drop of water stains them.

The quality has gone way down in all of the Ugg styles. That said, these were cheap so I don't really care that I will have to replace them in a year or less. However, I really miss the quality and longevity of the older/original Uggs.

I ordered on Oct. 25th. still didn't get mine. It supposed to be shipped by 29th, and it didn't. Backorder dates are pushed back for three times. Guys , it's been 3 weeks... Your CS says the date may pushed back again. Do I get one within this year even?

I measured my daughter's foot and ordered a size 13, which was actually larger than what her foot measured. They are still too small. Probably won't last through the cold season. I hate when my money is wasted like this. Too much hassle to send them back, I live in a very rural area. Just getting to a UPS drop off/pick up location is a chore.

These run really small! I'm kind of upset because my daughter saw these and loved them and put them on. I doubt they will still fit her when cool weather gets here. She's usually a 12, I got a 13. Should have got at least a kids 1.

My granddaughter loved her slippers.

My daughter buys a pair of these every couple of years she wears them to death. This time around after 2 months of occasional wear the sole began to separate from the shoe. Very disappointment but will definetly order a replacement and give them another shot

I used the sizing chart and it was still 2-3 sizes too small. Exchanged each time , just for them to refund me and not tell me the item was backordered. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Going for Bearpaw .

I had to return 2 pairs. They run way too small.

We could not use it and there was no size in stock to exchange them for. We need a size 5 in the exact same slipper. I would not recommend buying slippers online. She was very disappointed.

I shopped for these a November 2020, the year of coronavirus, the year of incompetency, the year of everything! To get them here for her to open on Christmas morning and they don't fit. For the website to not even have these anymore. Not just read but any kind, UGG you have got to do better! I have never tried to exchange something and nothing has been there to exchange it for. UGG must be going through some un predestinate times, As the rest of the world is going through the same stuff too. But at the same time I've been buying from UGGs faithfully for over 15 years, and have never not been able to exchange a Christmas item, or any item for that matter. You guys are out of the women's adult many fluff collar boots, you can't even tell me when they're going to be back in stock. I've checked all other retailers as YOU suggested on your Facebook page, I would've never left a comment if I didn't check that. They are nowhere to be found. UGG what is going on I'm completely dissatisfied that I can't give my child what she asked for, which is something very simple. A new pair of cozy slippers. All I need is a bigger size and you can't provide that either. I'm beyond disappointed, and I'm already highly over it. When are you going to have the Emil boot back in stock, I've been trying to buy those since September 2020. Do better, from a long standing customer this is just not like UGG. And I'm turned off now I don't even know if I want to be bothered!

December 24 and still haven't received them even though it's scheduled to be her December 7, 20 My daughter is sad she didn't get them for Christmas.

Not happy with the color spreading fading. I also tried the Ugg protection package. The price goes up while the quality goes down.
