Great item however it should be mailed in a box that is as tall as the boots. The top of the boots were folded over in the box. I returned them because they would not straighten out and looked crumpled.

Originally ordered the 8.5. It was a little snugged. Sent it back for the 9- it was perfect! The boot is EVERYTHING. Point. Blank. Period.???! So many compliments. BUT The exchange process was so cool- did it via text with some very cool person at Zappos! I mean that interaction was Dope! I was so impressed- so Kudos to Zappos for that experience. I appreciate some good customer service. Plus they came super fast- as per usual! But overall great boot- simply fantastic! Every girl should own a pair?! And simply fantastic experience with Zappos!?

These are perfect. They smell amazing out of the box (weird I know). The brown is so warm and rich and the stitching perfectly compliments the leather. I got so many compliments because they are unique with the over the knee style. They were folded in the box like one of the other reviews said but they were not creased.

I own all three colors in this boot. Love all three!

Absolutely love these! A little rough on the pocketbook, but totally worth it! Had tons of compliments last weekend when I wore them for the first time. Can't wait to wear them in Nashville with shorts!

I absolutely love these boots! I bought the brown last year and wanted the black but every place was sold out! I was delighted when I came across them this year! These in black have hint of brass & brown coloring plus grey stitching, a great combination I think! But I'll worn you you'll want both colors!!

These are freaking gorgeous. A fair amount of brown in the “black distressed” leather but I love the versatility.

I bought for wedding in Texas and they were a huge hit. They are comfortable and sexy! Love!
