I've bought these boots religiously for 15+ years. I know what brand new look like. The new ones I ordered came with dog hair, glitter, and the suede already worn out. I bought these a month ago & JUST opened them. I was waiting for my suede protector to come in so I could actually wear them. As we all know you can't wear uggs without ruining them if they get a speck of water on them. My fault I guess, I assumed when buying brand new from the Ugg website, that they would ACTUALLY be brand new. Shame on Ugg for selling used footwear at brand new prices. I PAID FOR BRAND NEW, NOT USED. Atleast sell them as open box. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not own a dog & have found 10+ dog hairs on the outside of the boot! Even my boyfriend asked me when I wore them bc they looked worn out & he hadn't seen me in them!

Nothing like the old Ugg's. The quality doesn't feel the same!

I own 3 pairs of UGG's and these new UGG II are sadly not the same. I called customer service and was told that the new way is to shave the inside. Well that ruined them if you ask me. They are not soft and cozy inside anymore. They feel scratchy. I probably won't be buying anymore UGG's unless this process is stopped.

Poor quality. Light and cheap feeling.

I had such an issue with this boot.. the first time I purchased it the boot ripped on the back seam. Then I was going to exchange it for another one and the customer service person didn't finish my transaction so I was basically waiting for a boot that wasn't arriving. So I called again and someone else fixed the problem... but this time I sent the boots back first... but they never sent me a new pair... they just ended up crediting me for my boots. Which was annoying because I got the boots on sale during Christmas with coupons so now ended up purchasing the same boot that was full price... but when the boots arrived they were light and cheap feeling... the material on the inside was really thin... I compared it to other pairs of Ugg's that purchased over the course of years and the materials felt different. So I am returning this one that arrived to my house and going to the store instead.

No star but I guess you can't put none. They aren't water repellent as stated, stay away from this They are not worth the money, the warranty will not cover the water damage. You are better off buying the ones from Payless, they last longer.

This is a joke that I keep receiving a request to review the product. I have been waiting for a manger to address the defective boots I received for over 3 weeksz
