I went to the actual store and purchased a pair that was on sale but too big. I sent the big size back. It was very easy to ship, the only thing was that I had to pay 20.00 shipping at the post office but was told it was free. Anyways they sent me the right shoe size and I like them. Thank You

Love the classic pair very comfortable and can wear with many outfits. The only thing I didn't like is the color seemed a little off to me, or maybe it's my eyes. But it was more of a dull looking chestnut color. I guess I expected it to be a brighter chestnut. It could be me idk

Always love ugg, they are comfy and warm for the weather. I still can fit the kid size and I wear a 8 in women's! Always good and with my ugh reward I received 20$ off!

Had to return the size 6 I got .it fit big .I usually wear a 7.5 to 8 in women and these size 6 in kids fit big. I will re order again the correct size in the future

I love Ugg's they are the best but unfortunately the red boots I just bought were not as red as the picture displayed but because they are still cute and comfortable I won't be returning .
