I ordered this ugg boots mini for big girls because I have a small adult feet. I worn it a few times and its comfortable. But I just recently noticed that what I received is slightly different from the photos in zappos website. The ugg logo at the back of the boots does not have the R Trademark on it on the upper right side. It's just a tiny detail and not that noticeable probably that's why I did not noticed it right away. I compared it with my other uggs that I bought in the past and all have this R trademark on the logo. So now im concerned if what I received is an authentic uggs or not, knowing authentic uggs are known for its good quality that last for a long time. This is my first time ordering uggs from zappos and although I know that zappos is a reputable company and only sells authentic items but I can't explain why I received the boots with a slight difference on the logo. I contacted the customer service about it and assured me that this item came from the manifacturer directly and is authentic but still offered me if a want to return/replace it If I want but unfortunately they don't not have my size in stock.
