First pair where such a disappointment! Crushed box, boots were not securely packaged, nor in a Zappos package. Customer Service was awesome! Next day delivery, perfect presentation! AND Uggs never disappoints! Well made, perfect gift!

I usually buy our uggs from ugh.com to make sure the quality is great. I've never had a mishap when I order from here. The boots are in great and brand new condition. They are always true to size and gives extra room for the half sizers to fit comfortably.

Quality boots that are exactly like the womens but meant for kids. I sized up from her normal size just for room sake with socks and the fur. She wears 8c right now so i purchased a 9c.
