Very cute shoe with just a bit of a heel to switch up between flats and high heels. Very comfortable shoe with a decent amount of arch support.Really for this style shoe, I would give it a five star, but I've rated it 4 star since it's not as comfortable as some dress shoes. Only two issues for me: width - though I expected that these might be a bit narrow, so I ordered a 10W. My size is usually a 10M if the manufacturer does not run narrow, and if the toe is rounded. My toes are almost straight across - little slope from big to little toe. Thin ankle strap - I have larger ankles anyway, and I have pins/plate on my right ankle. While I can strap the left ankle, the strap is just a tiny bit small for my right ankle. I like them so much that I am going to take a few days to decide if I am going to have elastic added or insert a ribbon or send back. I got the black as I needed a black low heel. But that pink velvet is calling. As is the taupe. And the leopard. PS>a bit of toe cleavage if not your thing.

I was looking for some versatile black heels that I could wear to dress up and wear them to work comfortably (I'm a teacher so I'm on my feet a lot). The heels are sturdy and not super high, but I think the shoes are very cute. They were a little uncomfortable the first time I wore them to work all day — but I was prepared with some bandaids for potential blister spots and it was fine. Now that they are broken in they are no problem.

I agree with the comments about the toe cleavage and the straps being too thin. It is a very comfortable shoe though. I am returning due to the styling issues.

these shoes are beautiful and so comfortable. They are so elegant. I just love the vintage rose color. I wear a 5.5 and they are true to size lovely shoes.

this is a comfortable block heel. it feels secure and solid. I returned these shoes because of the style/design. The thin straps did not match the block heel. There is also quite a lot of "toe cleavage". The 7W fit me well. I am a 6.5 in Keen Water Shoes; 7W in Naturalizer Ankle Boots; a 7.5 in Nike Free TR sneakers.

The strap is such an attractive detail. I love the design of these shoes and the fit is perfect. Toes show a little which is sexy. I have to say also- how comfortable these are- padding under he balls of my feet is amazing. I wish the were my style. I think the heel is just a little too low for me.

Loved the style and really wanted to keep them, but the ankle strap was thin and too tight on me, felt like it would be cutting into my ankle if I wore them for more than five minutes, so I sadly had to send them back.

I bought the grey frost, beautiful color but these shoes run wide and show a lot of toe cleavage. Classic feeling shoe but wasn't working for me, returning.
