I really love the look of it but I had to give mine to my mom because I have an iPhone 7 and I couldn't easily fit it into the zipper pocket

While I love your merchandise - I went to use my item - the strap holder (where you attach the strap to purse) broke. I am unable to use now for the strap has no where to attach to one side.

I absolutely love this backpack. I usually carry it as a shoulder bag or with the small handle. It's very comfortable on the shoulder. I love the way it lies next to your body, looks so chic. I can't say enough good things about it. I have it in black, but am wishing for the gold.

The bag is lovely, but I thought it would have a zipper on both pockets. Now I am uncomfortable with my phone in the outside pocket, as it has no zipper or other closure.

Can't say enough about the customer service! Will spare the details but they were so responsive and attentive. Love the bag, the color, the quality. One tiny disappointment-wish the strap was longer. But that won't stop me from using and enjoying my bag. Would love to buy another!

So cute! I love it! And I love how you can wear as a fanny pack and it's slim. I will say I would of liked the back pocket to have a zipper that way I could put something back there and feel secure about it. But I'm very happy with my purchase.

I love how the leather feels. I hadn't bought Hammitt before and wanted to feel and touch it. Quality is great and leather is soft. I will definitely be looking at styles to buy a bigger bag in the future.
