These work great. They can be dressed up or down, and I think they will pack well (meaning they won't take up a lot of room in carry-on and can do double duty). I have this in both the black and dark grey. The only reason I don't LOVE them is the fit. I could fit in the 8 and 10, but had to take the 10 just to have a bit more thigh room, yet, the 8 fit my waist and hips perfectly (and now they are a bit too large in that area), but I prefer the slim, not the tight, look. Also, as a petite, the inseam made them fit just at the top of my foot, meaning it looks good with either a heel or a flat shoe.

I posted a rave review just after ordering these and trying them on. They are super comfortable and are very flattering. They wash up well - however; after less than 3 months of owning them and wearing them sparingly, I've noticed elastic/spandex fibers fraying from the seams of the legs and buttock area. Obviously it is from abrasion due to normal wear and friction (sitting, walking, etc) but I'm surprised at how short the lifespan of the garment is if its noticeable this early on. I will likely buy another pair and keep an eye on it.

Too sheer! I can't wear these. Must stick to dark colors.
