Ugg has definitely taken some shortcuts over the years. You have to read closely about easch model to see that they have varying amounts of shearling and it not only seems like there’s less but they’ discontinued the tall models with the really sturdy soles, like the Beacon. This little shoe serves its purpose for me, being water resistant and somewhat warm and easy on/off but the style is lacking and I sure would like the option to have one of the older boot models. Zappos however does not disappoint at all, excellent customer service, fast/easy shipping , extensive pics and info about the shoes, HUGE selection. Good job, guys, God bless you!

I bought these for my husband. He is normally a 12.5 or 13, but I bought these in a 14 and they are perfect. He wears them for taking the dog out and generally tromping outside in the winter in update NY. Stylish looking too!

I need some boots I could slip on (without socks) to get the paper in the morning and work in the garage. I ordered some short slip on UGGs but I couldn’t get them on with my high instep. Bought the same thing with a zipper but my normal size was too tight. Ordered a size larger and they turned out what I was looking for in a warm, easy to slip on boot. Although I really didn’t need it, they’re waterproof. I normally wear flip flops 11 months out of the year but even in Charleston, SC you need some warm clothes in the winter. Zappos delivered all three pair of boots the day after I placed my on-line order. The two pair I returned were credited about a week after I sent them via UPS - an excellent return process.

Purchased as a gift for my granddaughter who has a wide, large foot. She is delighted with them. Warm, comfortable and a style she loves.

I bought these for my bf to wear before and after surf sessions on cold, wet mornings. I worried I was wasting money buying the waterproof model ($$!), but he loves them, and seeing him with board shorts and these puppies on everyday since Christmas makes them worth every penny!

Liked the styling & seemed like they'd be comfortable, but felt about a half size too small. Returned.

These shoes were badly stuffed on the toes as though they had been worn. The shoes are a bit narrow and also difficult for me to pull on and zip. I am returning them as defective merchandise.

came a day early but were a little too small

Obviously I love them. I bought a pair last fall and have lived in them since. It’s April and I’m still wearing them. I have two Shelties that I walk twice a day and I have no idea how many miles I have on my first pair. I replaced the footbed in them recently and they still are in fantastic shape. However, when these went on sale for 50% off, I decided to get a backup pair. Who knows? Ugg might not make them next year. I love UGGS! I currently have at least 6 pair. I don’t like it when UGG discontinues a model. This pair I bought for half price is my insurance if UGG decides to quit making it:)
