I’m a hairstylist and stand all day. A couple of years ago I purchased a pair of sketchers that have worked out so well I wanted to buy the exact same shoe before they discontinued making it. The local Sketchers store no longer carried it so I went online and found it thru Zappos. I confirmed the manufacturer style number and US size. I was so excited when they were delivered. My first thought when I put them on was “these don’t fit the same”. I decided it had to be my imagination and I needed to give it a few days. It’s been a couple of weeks and I still feel the same. My original pair fit my feet like a glove. When I wear the new Zappo shoe it feels like my feet are “sloshing” around in the shoe when I walk. To much trouble to go thru the return process. This was my one and only purchase from Zappos. I wish it would have been a positive experience but it wasn’t.

Fell off my feet and I ordered 1/2 size smaller.

I ordered same size, and make as the one's I'm currently wearing, they are/were great, just getting dog eared. Walked ~ a mile in an airport with new ones my left arch was so bruised or strained that I could hardly walk for 2 days. The right foot was very comfortable. They are labeled the same size, but the left shoe is much narrower.

These are incredibly lightweight but I was disappointed in the fit and the look. While they’re ready quite wide, they pressed into the top of my foot so that it was very uncomfortable wearing them while sitting. I had to return them the next day. They also look less stylish in person. The pictures are deceptive. They looked pretty clunky when I actually got them—almost like orthopedic shoes. There is nothing wrong with that, but they were not the style I was expecting.

This is the WORST pair of shoes I have ever worn! I bought them just before leaving for a honeymoon in Europe. The leather was so stiff that within hours, it started hurting my toes. Eventually, the stiffness caused serious injury--neuroma, which 11 months later is still plaguing me. A pox on the house of whoever designed these. I have lost nearly one year of pain-free walking. Do NOT buy these shoes!

The shoe is flimsy. Comfortable but already falling apart. I weigh 250 so maybe if you weigh 100 they may last for you. I personally would never buy again and feel I threw away $65!

They fit perfectly and were very comfortable. Unfortunately the soles squeaked on every smooth surface I walked on. For weeks. It was embarrassing! It got worse the more I wore them. I even scuffed the bottoms and they just got louder.

I’ve bought several pairs of Sketchers over the years, but these are the worst. I wore them around the house a few days and seemed OK. However, after wearing them several days, I found myself rolling my heel and even coming out of them while driving!! The fit is way too loose. I have worn a 13M for years, but hindsight could probably have worn a 12N in these. Also there is no rigidity to the heel area. I know these are “Relaxed Fit”, but they’re too relaxed for me!
