The boot is extremely comfortable and was true to fit. The one downside was the boots I received were defective and were separating at the sole. I am currently in the exchange process and the 1st time I have had a quality issue with Ugg. I am still extremely satisfied with Ugg products and their customer service. Things happen!

BEST BOOT I EVERY OWNED BUT CAN WE GET TWO MORE COLORS THIS MONTH

I had to order these online because they had sold out my size in every store in NYC. Although most of my shoes are size 9, I do have some that are 9 1/2 and even 10, so I was little worried that these might not fit me as I would hope. But they are true to size, I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly even with thick socks. I have used them for about a month in this cold winter and they have kept my feet warm and dry during the snow. I walked through heavy snow and the boots handled it perfectly. Not many nice looking boots offer that durability in tough conditions so this is a must buy!

Love how comfy they are..im not an ugg guy but when I saw them had to have them. I would definitely size up 1 or 2 size up because im a 10 1/2 and 12 fits perfect.
