The fit is very good. Even with three layers of sock (liner, sport compression, merino wool) the shoe was comfortable. Even in the toe box, where I need a fair bit of space. They were completely comfortable from the first wearing. The design is fairly attractive and the black shoes can be worn in a business casual environment. I replaced the insole with an orthotic full-length insole. I do this with all my shoes to improve support and comfort. Two problem areas to note: The top lacing lugs are meant to cinch the shoe laces to hold them in place. They are VERY - repeat VERY - tight. Removing the laces is a challenge - I have to hold the lug and pull hard on the lace to remove it from the lug. I am concerned this may cause wear on the laces over time. UGG ought to either give these lugs more space or use a narrower shoe lace. They do not meet the claimed -4F/-20C temperature rating. I have other older Baffin shoes (no longer available) that have the same temp rating and are much warmer than these. I have to use warmer merino wool socks with these shoes than I did with the Baffin shoes at the same temperature. I am keeping the shoes because of the positives noted above and since there are so few options for an attractive size 14 insulated shoe. Bottom line - recommended although note the problem areas.

I got this UGG boots because based on my research, they were really good boots and waterproof completely. However, in the first rain my feet have gotten wet very bad. It is very sad that this brand's boots are not waterproof. Although I used them a couple of times to see they are waterproof, they are not. I feel terrible for returning them.

Nice boot, but very narrow in the toe box.

Relatively warm. Fits well, but runs a tad bit narrow. I’m hoping once I break them in they’ll be more comfortable.

I was worried that the boots may be narrow in the toe, thus, I ordered half a size larger. The boots fit perfectly. This pair is comfortable, light, and look warm.
