It is the most comfortable vest I have warn and I am on the lake wakesurfing and wake boarding weekly. Sizing can be tricky. I wear a size XL shirt so I bought an XL vest. It is tight to zip up but in the water it is a little too big and rides up. It is stretchy and flexible. But the large is too tight for me to zip up. If you have a flat stomach go with a size smaller then your normal shirt size. If you have a (belly) go with your normal shirt size. I have even warn it paddling a surfboard. It is not big and bulky like normal vest but still floats you great.
