I've only had this bag a couple of weeks but am confident enough to go ahead and write a review on it. I have been buying Dooney bags for 17 years, however I've always been more a fan of the pebbled leather collection. So, this is my first Florentine piece. I love the natural, however I've read that it can be somewhat difficult to maintain the beauty of it. I figured since I tend to wear more cool tones and blacks/grays in the fall and winter that the black might be a better choice for me. Also, I read that the black and chestnut ten to be more forgiving with scratches and water spots. The bag itself is a lot lighter in weight than I expected it to be. The size is perfect!!!! It holds a full sized wallet, a small cosmetic case, keys, phone and shades. The only thing I would change is I would prefer a zip pocket on the back side, I like to use those for my keys and phone. It's really not that big of a deal though! I would definitely buy this bag again and recommend it to friends.

I wanted to keep this bag, but the leather has a strong chemical smell, and the shipping materials have a whiff of mildew. Not sure it's the latest item in stock; returning it asap. Ordered a different style D&B bag in another type of leather.

LMFAO there is no way this bag is worth close to $300! I love soft leather, adjustable straps, good storage, and this bag had none of those! This looks and feels like it should be under $100, seriously only paying for name and not quality. Returned
