I ordered this in a size 9, but they were so large I literally walked right out of them. So I re-ordered in a size 8.5, but they're too short and too narrow. Cute shoe, but they just don't fit my feet. They're much more cushiony than typical flats, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't make them work for me.

How can a shoe be both too big and too small. Was tight across the toes (Bone right above big toe) - yet so long they continues to slide off my foot.

They are a pretty shoe, but not true to size. I ordered a 9, which is always what I wear, and the back of the shoe, kept flipping off. I had to return them.

Runs small and narrow - I wear a 12 wide, which fits in most brands, but both pairs of 12 wide that I purchased from LS are too short and too narrow.

Narrow shoes should have narrow heels. My foot easily came out of the shoe. Had to send them back. Sad because it's so hard to find nice looking shoes.

Even with thick wool socks on this shoe - marked a Medium width - is too wide and falls off. I am very satisfied with Zappos service but continue to be disappointed with the sizing of shoes whether purchased in stores or online. P.s. I had to select a rating for Comfort and for Support in order to publish this review, but truthfully I have no comment about how comfortable the shoe is or how well the arch supports because the shoes do not fit properly.

I received the shoes on 7 August and have worn them 4 times. On the 4th wear (today, 28 August) I noticed that the toe on the right shoe has scuffed.
I am not hard on my shoes and wear them mainly in the office. Upon inspection of the scuff, it looks like the material of the shoe is very cheaply made.
I do not recommend this shoe.

I have had good luck with narrow shoes from Life Stride in the past, but was surprised when I tried this flat on. I have always worn 7 and 1/2 narrow, but this one was at least an inch too long. That meant returning it with added expense. Hope to have better luck in the future.

Unwearable. The design is bad-- the top of the shoe is way too short and barely covers the toes, making the shoe feel like it's about to fall off as soon as you start walking. The heel was also too wide and flopped up and down. It looks nice but that's about it. I don't think anyone will be able to walk normally in these poorly designed shoes. Returning these and less likely to order from Zappos again.
