Very comfy and nice looking. Sent them back for being too big, and then wasn’t quite interested enough to reorder.

These are very nice shoes, comfortable and stylish. The width (M) was fine. The shoe is 3/4" too long though. I've worn a 6.5 for over 50 years. These are just too long and I think the heel is wide also.

I love the style of these shoes. The width is fine until you get to the widest part of your foot, then they are quite narrow. The toe is very narrow. If I ordered them in wide, they would be too wide on the rest of my foot. The foot bed is quite comfortable.

The style was good but they slipped on the heel. I need a half size smaller.

The shoe is good, except that it cuts into the back of my heel. So when I wear this, I have to remember to put bandaids on. Aside from that, I find them supportive and not too boring as a boring black flat option.

I am a difficult fit so this worked for one foot but not both. I wish they would have worked because they are nice shoes.

I was looking for a "ballet flat" style shoe; and found it in these. My preference is that they are totally flat; but they do have a slight incline in the heel. I like the front styling of the shoe material; though I would have preferred them to be just a little more rounded, around my toes (that is, the front edge of the shoe, when wearing and looking down upon them). The interior cushioning and support felt comfortable for me; though I have only worn them a little around the house, so far. I usually wear a size 7, in most of my shoes, which is what these are. So on that basis, they are true to size to me. I guess my foot is in the average range for width, which is what I chose for these; and that's working for me. I'll enjoy them, when paired with casual or dressier clothes. I like that; and, since I chose black, I'll wear them with many an outfit. Thanks, Zappos Team, for handling my returns, on these shoes, as I was challenged to find my best fit. Thanks for all you do!

These checked all the boxes, except for the way they look on my feet... Need a pair of nice black flats and thought these would be it but have opted to keep looking.

It was too tight around the widest part of my foot so I have to return them. They are super cute and I so wanted them to work out.

Fit was good, and a cute shoe. something in the arch didn't sit quite right on my left foot, and I had ordered two different styles, so I sent this one back.

I ordered a 9N, which is my usual size. The toe box felt like a narrow should, but the heel seemed sized for a medium foot. Though it wasn't too long for me, I kept stepping out of it while trying to walk. I need to return it. This would be perfect for someone with a narrow toe box but medium width heel.

LifeStride certainly is a less costly shoe than SAS or Trotters. But for some reason, many LifeStride styles fit far better than many expensive brands. This particular shoe had a large toe box; was plenty wide in the W: and did NOT slip up and down on the heel. These are keepers, but I'll keep in mind they may need extra care to last a long time!
