shoes looks great for work and casual wear. however, the shoelaces didn't even last a year. never had a pair of shoes fail at the laces on both shoes.

It seem to be quite narrow, and the toe curves up a little bit and that was really uncomfortable. Overall just a strange fit.

Super comfortable, but the sole cracked on both shoes pretty quickly.

These shoes are functional, have ample forefoot/toe-box room & offer incredible foot cushioning. However, the gaudy eyelets along with pebbled leather make these look “clunky” & unfashionable. I’m not fashionable by any stretch of the imagination. But, these shoes are unfortunately unpresentable for even business casual wear. Would have kept if the leather was smooth and no metal eyelets. Will keep shopping Born shoes until I find one that fits the bill. Very comfortable!

I returned them because they hurt my right foot since they were too narrow for me. I normally wear a 2e boot and 4e running shoe and gave these a try and were too narrow for me. Wish they offered a wider width.

No arch

I ended up returning the shoes which was very easy with Zappo's. Love my other Born shoes but these just did not work for me. Felt large and were not comfortable for my needs.

They do fit big but I knew that going in. If you wear thick socks it’s fine. They are super comfortable though!

Feel was Soft, hard sole but the tongue keeps sliding to the side off the eyelets, unacceptable.

These run large, at least this one did. The size recommendation said that if I wear an 11.5 Nike athletic shoe, I should order this in an 11.5 mens as well. This was at least 1/2 to probably a whole size larger and wider than any of the 12 pairs of Nike 11.5 athletic shoes I have.

As nice as they look and feel, the quality is lacking. I bought these for a Europe trip and while they were very comfortable, after three weeks the sole pretty much fell apart, worn thin and cracked through in multiple places, let water in, just really disappointing.

Quality has fallen off. Last pair I owned fit well and never had an issue with pain. I own the black and brown pair and having the same issue. This will be the last time I purchase this boot.

Size is good. Fits pretty well. The toe section isn't too tall so my toes are pressed upon. The shoes are wide in front, good toe room but kinda looks like duck feet. Not as comfortable as I thought they would be. Soles are heavy.

Not sure why these shoes are included in our work section. There is zero padding. Not good for standing or walking jobs.

These may be a size in the clown shoe world but were HUGE on me. Sending back.

Uncomfortable

Nice looking and a good fit, but the gray is not gray--more of a brown color. Disappointing

I'm so disappointed! This boot is comfortable and stylish, but it has begun to tear less than two months after we bought it, and my husband does not wear it hard. You can see through to his socks already. I'm sad to say that I would not recommend this product. It was not worth the money.

Bought them for a 4 week trip to the UK, unfortunately after three weeks the soles cracked completely through, allowing water in and making them unusable in the wet. There's another review here with pictures that has damage that looks exactly like mine, so it makes me think it wasn't an anomaly. I do not recommend at all, which is unfortunate because they look great and were very comfortable, but i won't be buying Born until some quality improvements are made.

They didn't last at all. Totally fell apart in 3 months. Side blew out and sole started to separate from the boot. I would not buy again. They fit well and were comfortable, but basically just a show boot, not a real boot.

I have purchased this boot many times over the years. The quality was top notch and they fit true to size. My latest purchase I discover the quality is unrecognizable, the sizes are no longer true and the leather is much poorer quality. What a shame I really used to love the born line.

They were men shoes that didn't fit

Got these for my husband and he loves them . Very comfy . Well made .
