After reading several reviews, I decided to spend the $ for this mat. I could not be happier. It is well worth the money.

My students and I love this mat! Dense and cushiony with plenty of room.

Love this mat - long enough for me since Im tall, nice and thick and love the colour.

What I love is how long and cushy the mat is! What I do not love is that it is VERY slippery and not as wide as I would prefer. My largest disappoint is the slip though.

Itll be good, but because of the complicated breaking in process, I couldnt use it right away. Hopefully it will be fully broken in and sticky soon.

I love this mat! Decided to skip the salt method for the break-in and instead doing it by practicing. This means in the beginning you'll have to deal with a bit of slipperiness, but it's not so bad that it seriously disturbs the practice, and it is already getting better. Besides that, it's a very nice feeling to practice on this mat! Although not being too tall myself (178cm), I can recommend the extra-long variant for extra comfort.

Best mat ever! Excellent grip, and cushioning. This is not my first Pro mat and it won't be my last.

Perfect it took 48 hours to get to me and the mat is exceptional.thicker and wider and comfortable.

These mats are the best, the longevity & durability are worth every penny. They clean easy and do not warp, which in past experiences is very annoying! I am a mandala yoga mat lover for life!

it just all around the perfect mat

I have only recently started using this mat. I do find it slippery for my hands but feel I haven't given it enough time to get a good feel for the mat.

Steady reliable mat to be used daily and forever

The size and cushion of the Manduka pro are great. However, my mat is extremely slippery. I tried the recommended break in salting process (which is in itself ridiculous for such an expensive mat) and its still very slippery. I want to give a better review but as of now this is what it is.

Its thick and its not slippery, very comfortable.

The only yoga mat Ill buy! This is my second one, with the extra length. Im 55 and can do a full good morning stretch with my arms on the mat! My other mat is regular size to use when classes are packed and its still good as new!
