Going by measurement instruction I ordered a M and the fit is perfect, this is just what I wanted, excellent ankle support, I'm going to order another one to have on hand. There is only one per order.

I have rather small ankles for my height and weight… 5’11” 205 lbs… I ordered small, they are super tight but I love them since I only use them when I am playing soccer… but if i were to buying to wear all day then def will order medium… I hope this helps. They work amazing for me. Have used them to play several times now and I only wash and hang dry… will def buy again…

I love the design it fits fine, but if you wear socks on top of it the band will roll up a tad.$

To really do the job of moving out a bulge on the outer side of the ankle the sleeve must be a very snug fit. I ordered the Medium size for my shoe size. The first time it is very hard to put on. A bit of powder helps. Also, like the calf sleeves, turn them inside out and once started, pull them on from the top. Take them off by pulling the top down, leaving them inside out to be ready for the next use. Another thing about Zensa is that they breathe. No sweating!! Plus they last a long time! Marvin Thomas

These little compression socks are adorable but most of all really work! I have acilles tendonitis and peroneal tendonitis for 11 months, I just bought these and already ordered two more. They are comfortable and fit as stated. I am a 7-1/2 and took a medium... you wont be disappointed

I bought this to stabilize my injured ankle. After 5-6 hours my ankle was swelling. I'm disappointed it wouldn't work for me.

It was very tight on my foot. I bought another one previously and I thought it was the same manufacturer and that one fit perfect! This is too small.

Too small even though I ordered size larger than recommended.
