Love my Clifton 4's but only use to run/walk to exercise in. Wanted a everyday shoe to run errands in without bulk of Clifton 4.
This is great. Has support to keep me going.
Would hVe given a 5 Star but not enough arch support for me.
FYI they run a bit narrow.

I am trying to start jogging more.this has support but I need more as I am a heavy girl. It might be better indoors than outdoors, so it may be my fault. It's still great value.

I ordered my typical size but I had to return it for a half size down. This is my 3rd pair of Hokas and the support doesn't last as long as the original Hokas.

Standing in these shoes is absolute heaven. But, when you flex your foot, the top of the shoe, maybe framing the shoe laces, has a stiff plastic piece that doesn't bend well when your foot flexes. Either I'm getting used to it, or it's breaking in a little...thicker socks and looser laces might have helped.

Just a casual shoe. Lunch out, visit a friend or shop a bit. Not a running shoe.

This is my second pair of Hokas and both run a half size too large. How do I return them and order a smaller size?

Was so excited to finally get them, my first pair! As much as my excitement was my disappointment that they ran BIG. I'm always and 8 and in Europe a 38.
These were too long; big in the toes. The width was perfect almost too snug but ok.
So I returned them and got Bondi. I ordered a 7.5 they fit perfect. So, FYI... looks like HOKA in general runs big.

My first go-round with Hoka, in the past I’ve been very loyal to Mizuno’s for running. So many of my friends are changing to this brand that I decided to give it a try. I typically wear a 9-9.5 but always buy my running shoes 1/2 size big with a 10. But a 10 is borderline to big I think a 9.5 would have been ok but I decided to keep them. So far so good!! They were comfy from the moment I put them on and I’ve felt no knee or hip pain at all with them. I’m still breaking them in so I haven’t done more than a 5 mile run with them but I’m very hopeful based on my experience so far.

This is my first pair of Hoka shoes. Love the cushioning and the look of this style but wish they came in wide sizes. I will try them out hoping they will stretch a little.

I have the Bondi 5 shoes and love them but they're not the most stylish with such thick soles so I ordered the Hupana 2. The Hupana 2 looks great but cannot compare with the cushion of the Bondi. It's a trade off.

tried on the pair of Hupanas. without socks, it felt fine as it was a slight loose fit. When I put on the socks, is when I felt a defect near the laces and no matter how much I tried to loosen the laces, it was still irritating my foot. My husband swears by Hokaones. So, I will try again next time.

I find this shoe narrow for my foot. I am wearing my normal size but I have extra toe room which creates pain during workouts with planks or lunges where your toe is bent. The cushion is better than all other trainers I have tried and has nice support for a work out shoe. My feet are benefiting from this. It lacks traction if during quick movement on the court other wise for box jumps and stepp work, lifting is real nice. The wideness in sole gives good balance.

I think I could have gone down a half size. They are comfortable but when I exercise in them, I feel like my foot slides around a little.

I do HITT workouts lots of jumping and lifting weights. Just enough tread. Just enough cushion. They are flat enough for lifting. I would run in something else but I'm 50 year old female 116lbs. I purchased my normal size. My only problem is the toe is stiff for doing lunges and rather uncomfortable. Today on a elevated step was real bad. I've worn them now for maybe 10 workouts around an hour a pc. They do have more cushion than a normal cross trainer and are still stable this was my motive in the purchase because I am older but do not like to workout in a running shoe with a heal.

I wanted a less bulky appearing shoe to wear with jeans and leggings but my feet need the Hoka support and cushioning. The Hupana shoe fulfilled both requirements.

I like these for gym workouts. I needed something that would not stick to the floor doing workouts that requires movement that u need to spin on the ball of your foot. I wear these to do Cathe Fredrick DVDs. For this shoe I Ordered my normal size. I had to size up for the Challengers.

I was skeptical to buy these at first even with the average 4 star reviews. Several people said these ran narrow and had a tight toe box area. I discovered that these shoes took a bit longer to break in than normal. The toe box originally felt odd and tight. After about 2.5 hours of walking they loosened up nicely and are comfortable. Also, if you have even slightly wide feet, these probably won't work for you. I have regular width feet and if they were any tighter they would be too narrow. I give these shoes 4 stars because they aren't as good for running as I thought they would be. I find them to be a little more suited for casual wear/ lots of walking. For longer distance I would reccomend the "Gavotia" shoes, as they perfect for running/jogging.
