These shoes felt like I was walking on air! I bought them for a trip to Europe and was worried they wouldn't provide enough support (like converse or other lifestyle sneakers,) but I was wrong in the most magnificent way possible. On top of it, they are super stylish worn up or down!

I originally ordered a 1/2 size too small. Ugg was great about returning and exchanging the item. They were also very quick with the time it took to receive my new pair.

I wear a 39 (8.5-9 depending on the style) and have wide feet so I ordered a 9 and a 9.5.
These shoes run /really/ narrow and oddly the 9.5 only had about a thumb's width from the end of of the shoe, so it didn't feel like I was wearing clown shoes. The 9 was ok but just a little more snug across the toe box than I wanted, especially with my orthotics in.
The show is super soft and I like the fleece to keep my ankles warm. The style is really cute and I like the versatility.
The fleece doesn't line the whole show and it's a strange rubber insole so I put my own orthotics and a fleecy liner.

I just received these boots and they look amazing. Fit true to size and very comfortable shoe. I like the fact they look more like shoes than boots and you can wear the cuff up or down.

I wear a 10 in some shoes and a 10 1/2 and others and I ordered a 10 and they fit perfect. They are so cute to wear with leggings when you want to step up your game a little bit from a tennis shoe.
