I wanted to keep these Uggs but there is no arch support. they are nicely cushioned,, but not supportive in the arch where I need them to be to wear and stand in them at work. Zappos has been excellent letting me try several brands. still looking for a contemp look, but has to have the arch support

I tried both the 9 and 9.5. I typically wear a 9 in Uggs. The 9 was a smidge small around the toe box and I worried it would rub or be uncomfortable after a long period of time. The 9.5 felt better but was a little long. I returned both. I might try a 9 again to see if a different pair fits the same.

I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. They are a little narrow but seem to be stretching out a bit after wearing them a couple times.

Cute but too small.

I typically wear a 7-7.5 medium. I ordered the 7.5 and they felt really snug at first. After wearing for a while they seamed to loosen up a bit so I’m hoping that after wearing them around the house a few time they will be not quite so tight. These are nice looking and actually felt comfortable in spite of the snugness.

Cute shoes but not if you are going to do a lot of walking or be on your feet for a lot. I tested these by walking around my house and within maybe 15 minutes my knees were starting to ache.

Was true to its size but may take a couple of uses to really feel comfortable. They seem a little stiff on first couple of uses. Super comfortable afterwards though!

I usually wear a 9 1/2, but this shoe runs small, so I returned that size and ordered a 10, and that is just perfect! It is very comfortable, and I usually wear skechers, so comfort is very important to me. These are also not too heavy, the soles are quiet(I also don't like loud shoes) and they are made well, as UGGs usually are. A great fall and winter shoe and a little prettier than lace-up sneakers.

Not as comfortable as other reviews led me to believe. I purchased these because I thought they would have a softer insole. Leather upper is stiff. I guess it needs to break in.

I've been looking for a shoe like this for awhile. They were comfortable right out of the box. They will be perfect for my upcoming vacation which will include lots of walking.

These are very comfortable with nice inside padding and soft suade. Just a bit snug for my foot.

This shoe is nicer than it looks. I have to return because it felt small, uncomfortable on my big toe...although if I had patience I would wear around the house to stretch a bit. I love Ugg and usually do not need to order a bigger size.

These are so comfortable but didn't look like I expected them too. They made my feet look slightly bulky.

These looked great. I really liked the silver back, which made this shoe more interesting. Unfortunately, these shoes were not very comfortable, which is a primary requirement for me. I had to return.

Love these. I wear them without socks. No blisters and so comfortable.

The shoes felt heavy and 'clunky' and kind of wide. I ordered a 10M. My size is between a 9.5 and 10. I can tell if I would have ordered a 9.5, my big toe would have touched the end of the shoe. They just did not work for me. The suede and color are very nice and in general, it is a high quality shoe.
