The shoe is a beautiful color BUT I had to buy a size up because of the wool inside the shoe which makes the fit super tight!

Just received mine yesterday and I loved the comfort it gives my feet..

The boots are beautiful. I ordered the grey color, the reason I gave 4 stars is because the metallic part isn't so metallic it just looks like shiny black leather. Other than that the shipping &' order process was quick and easy.

I really love them, they are so nice and girly very good material and for well the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is that they are not too stain resistant as I thought, they got several stains from a wooden chair I was sitting on and even though I got a cleaning kit it didn't work well they look dirty now

I love this shoe! The color is beautiful and it is comfortable, as expected. All Uggs are pricey so that is the only reason it isn't 5 stars.

My daughter loved them, very happy with her purchase.

These boots are so comfortable and warm. I bought pink boots, this color is beautiful.

I love the feminine look of these boots but the bow does come undone.

Love the color and fit. I wish the bows were not there however. They give the boots more of a childish look.

These boots were purchased for my niece, age 11. They're super cute and preppy. The bows add a feminine touch to any athleisure outfit.

Definitely purchase cleaner with these they get dirty extremely quick.

These were cute but unfortunately there was a product quality issue. There were bare spots on the inside of the boot near the seam which caused the seam to rub your ankle (very uncomfortable). I returned them since they were out of my size.

So after being so excited to get these, I have to say, i'm super let down. Honestly,I have to remind myself I purchased them directly from uggs, so they have to be realreal-cuz you could have fooled me ! It's that bad. They are really cute, but so paper thin, the fur easily can be pulled out(bad sign) offering minimal cushion comfort. Not sure why the quality of these differs so much from others, but these might just be going back.

I was expecting a high shine silver metallic rim around the boot? It was not silver or metallic in any way? It was just a grey ugg boot? My bff and I both ordered these and we were both disappointed.

Boots are awesome.I love them.

I think the boot is nice. I like where ugg went with the metallic, but I think they should go back original and add a light gum bottom.

I was so excited to receive these boots. I always wanted a pair of Bailey Bows and these were the right price. First of all shipping took forever, but then again I may be spoiled by Ugg's old free 2-day shipping offer. Secondly, whoever was working on these boots probably stopped caring halfway through because there were bare patches along the seams of one of the boots. As soon as I put them on all I felt was scratchy seam along my ankle. And honestly the fur inside the rest of the boot was on the thin side. I own several pairs of UGGs and I'm used to plush heaven. The quality control on these were poor. Sadly I couldn't even exchange them for another pair because they had sold out. So I returned them and got a pair of Bailey Buttons instead. But they were comfortable and cushioned besides the seam issue.

I had to return the boots and asked for a different size but never heard back

I didn’t even get to try them on. Opened the Zappos box to find a random box the uggs were in. Uggs were worn. They were dirty and matted and now cardboard inserts. Returned for another pair.

Purchased this as a birthday present for my daughter. After one week of use as someone stepped on her toe the shoe ripped. Have been trying to contact customer service via phone and email to find a solution but there is no response. Highly disappointed from such a hefty purchase
