Runs large. Returning. Too big. I take a 10, and the 9 fits good.
The pom pom is a little wimpy...but still cute.
I'd like better without the bling...
Pom pom hippy instead of pom pom ritzy.

I lost my pom pom and the charm. The key keeps co.i g open . I'm guna tru and replace the 1 pom pom cuz it doesn't look right w/o it. Im callings uggs , need 1 pom pom plz...

Ugg is now selling boots that are so tight at the ankle that it can be work just to try to get one's foot thru the ankle space. Very disappointed. They're going back.

I love the color of the boots plus the Pom Pom is a nice added touch and the safety pin is beautiful ...BUT I don't care for the safety pin placement. Every time I put them on the pin catches my ankle and if I wear them with shorts I can feel the pin hitting my ankle, I actually put a little mole skin padding on the inside safety pin so it's more comfortable when it rubs my ankle. If you wear jeans all the time then it's not a problem. For me I would not purchase this style again.

The product is nice but could have come in with out having some discoloration on one of the boots
It looked like someone had been careless in the handling of it during the process before it was pretreated.
Also you ran a promotion of a free.mini clean kit with purchase within a day of me getting these boots and I had purchased several pairs from Uggs yet I never received that kit which was quite disappointing.

I loved these boots. The first time I wore them the pin opened up and I lost all the embellishments. I was so disappointed. I know I had closed the pin since I had treated the boots before I wore them. I'm so disappointed. :(
