I followed the reviews and suggestions and ordered s size larger. They are very loose. I think these are true to size. I recommend you order your regular size. A nice, light weight material. It is thinner like a legging, not a thick yoga tight.

These are very comfortable and I like that they are a true mid-rise (and not high-waist.) The material is soft cotton which I Love; and I think the pockets are cute, and a good place to put my iphone while working out. They have a good idea - in theory - to give lots of length with suggested markers for hemming; but, in reality, I'm stuck with like 8" of extra fabric until I can take a chance with a tailor, which makes me nervous bc stretchy material is hard to alter. I wish they would have been shorter. My main reason for lack of stars is that they didn't plan inventory well enough. These actually fit and now they are out of stock, so now I cannot order another pair which is really a bummer since it's been So hard to find basic black workout pants. My suggested size was XS and Sm fit more comfortably. Please stock more! :)
