The stitching came out in one slipper and it fell apart so i could no longer even wear it. I never wore it out of the house! They are super cute / comfy but I was of course disappointed. UGG is replacing them for free however there were issues with shipping and them processing the return and so I still haven't received the replacement pair despite waiting two months! Additionally, they no longer have the colour I originally purchased. Disappointed by the disorganization.

Previously responded to one of these but no feedback from UGG. My initial purchase (online); box labeled size 10, but slippers were a 9. Replacement slippers the right size but after 3rd wearing, one of the "Pom Poms" came apart. Spent $20 at the local shoe repair to fix it.

I was really looking forward to getting these in black. I own another pair of Dakotas in a size 7 and they fit me beautifully, so naturally, I reordered in a size 7. Much to my disappointment, they arrived in a size 7 and were extremely tight fitting, so much so that I knew they were clearly not up to Ugg standards. When I looked at the bottom, I understood why. There was a sticker affixed which read "made in China". I have lost confidence in the Ugg brand and will no longer trust this company. The slippers were small and tight. My foot is narrow to begin with and these slippers were ridiculously tight!! Thank you Zappos for hassle-free returns!

I wear a 7.5 shoe so I ordered a size 8 in this slipper. I could barely squeeze my foot into the Dakota. I was so excited to receive these so I was truly disappointed to find them small length wise and also quite narrow. I will be returning and trying a different style. For me this was not what I expected.

I'm really tired of trying to guess UGG's sizing and having to return every purchase for a better fit. In the case of the most recent purchase I threw away the box it shipped in and have to find another. I'm ready to give up on you guys. Too much trouble getting the right fit!!
