These boots are crazy comfortable and an unexpected print that will go with just about anything casual. I love them!

These surprised me...in a good way! They are so cute and very stylish. I bought them as a gift but if they were my size I’d keep them! A few things worth noting. They fit much more like a shoe than usual UGG boots - slimmer, harder outer shell, etc. They are not soft and pliable. Also, the outside is hair, or faux hide which I either missed or is not in description. So they won’t be great for weather. The small wedge is really cute and definitely gives them a more refined look than basic big ol’ UGGs. Kind of a departure from what I was expecting but a really great boot!

oh my gosh! I love these boots. I ordered them as a birthday gift for myself. I had also ordered the boot that was taller and more structured like this boot, but plain black compared to polka dots? It was a no brainer. I just turned 60 and have had back surgery so need comfy shoes. Wore these all day to work today and don't want to take them off! Love my b-day boots! Thanks Zappos

This is my second pair of Ugg Shalas. I have the chestnut color and I just received the "Exotic" ones today. They're really cute! I actually like these more than the chestnut colored pair. They're really different and fun. I find the Shala boot to be very warm. I wear them without socks all the time and they're extremely comfortable. I have pretty wide feet and I've had no problems. I also have a thick calf and these fit fine.

Love these shoes!! I normally wear between a 6.5 and 7. I ordered a 7 and they fit good. They are a tiny bit snug, but they are a narrow shoe. I have only worn them a couple times and they are already stretching out just enough! They aren't a black and "white" dot pattern. They are black with an "off white" color. But I LOVE them!

Love these boots!! Great shape and good support. Lots of compliments! Others said they had to size up but I felt they were true to size.

This was sized like other UGG boots I have. I like that this boot has a bit of a wedge heel. It is much more comfortable for me than the original UGG boots that were totally flat. I couldn’t wear them unless I used an arch insert. The style has a sophisticated touch to the casual look. They are similar to a pair of designer booties that I wanted last year but couldn’t justify the huge price tag several times more than these.

I received these on a Friday and took them with me for a weekend trip where I thought I could wear them for a short time to try them out. It was so cold that weekend, that I ended up wearing them all day Saturday and Sunday, walking for several miles with no pain at all! They are the most comfortable and warm boots I have ever owned. This is the first pair of Ugg's I've ever purchased for myself; well worth the money.

Originally ordered 7-1/2, medium width which were very tight and no room in the toe box. (I normally wear 7 or 7-1/2.) These size 8 boots solved the width and toe box problem. Very attractive and (now) comfortable.

I am not a huge fan of the look of UGG boots, but these looked a bit daintier online than the usual styles, so decided to give these a try. They are super cute and cozy, though a little bulky because of the fluffy lining. I usually wear 7.5 but these felt a bit small in length, so sadly back they go.

My first pair of Ugg’s and I couldn’t be happier. Better looking in person, wearing then every day and my feet are warm but not sweaty. Fits me at true size although other Ugg styles do not. Slight wedge heel comfy and a little more dressed up so they don’t look like slippers.

This is a cute boot - but my normal size 9 was just too tight! I am going to try the 9.5 and see how that works out. I was very aware of the arch support - but I am hoping that the next size will make that feel more normal. Thank you Zappos!!!

Love these. I don't wear socks with them though, that would be too tight with the lining. They are gorgeous and very comfortable.

Other than the attractive appearance of the hair calf exterior rather than the usual suede or leather, the UGG Shala was a complete disappointment. The sheepskin lining was very thin and chunks of the fluff were coming off of the inner shaft even as I unpacked the boot and removed the inner packaging. I tried one boot on. It fit fine, but I realized that these would not be soft and warm and certainly would never measure up to my fabulous UGG Maylin boots. No comparison at all. Back they go. Thank you for the fabulous return service Zappos. Five stars as always!

Did not feel arch support stability..it was there..just did not work for me.

Ok, here's it is. First I ordered the 6.5. To small to narrow, then I got the 7 and they felt wayyyyy too big.

I love the look of these boots, different than plain, normal boots. I had a bit of a problem with the insole hitting my arch at the wrong place so went to work on it with scissors, sheared off a bunch of the fur and they feel great now!

I love these boots! I normally wear 8 1/2. Depending on the toe box of shoes I purchase a wide if available. I have flat, wide feet with plantar fasciitis. Based on the reviews I ordered 9 in this boot, perfect! There was even room for my orthotics! The boots not being completely flat was a plus. The boots are very comfortable, stylish, different!

Love the boots but 7.5 was a bit small. Tried to order a size 8 but they were out of stock. Otherwise I think it would be a very warm boot and a good style for me.

These are so cute, I noticed not many sizes are available so good luck with that. I wear a 7 1/2 and they were a great fit. I took my socks off and they are even better. Fully lined with fuzz/wool they are so comfy. The exterior is not bright white, but more of an ivory. The arch is a little high for me, but I figured once the fuzz flattens they will be even more comfy.

I really like these boots! I’ve never worn an ugg other than the classic, so this is a bit fun.
