This is such a cute version of the Ugg bootie - more refined than the “moon boot” styles. My feet are weird - small (size 5), slightly wider than regular width and moderately high arch. The size 5 fits like a glove. Like all Uggs that are lined the first few times of wear they are more snug until the lining tamps down. After the third time wearing the boots started to perfectly mold to my feet. Walked moderate distances while doing errands, walking around town and these were very comfortable. Much better support than regular Ugg boots. Highly recommend these.

These are so cute! Alittle bulky with skinny jeans but overall very cute

These have a more refined look than the regular (eg “moon boot style”) Uggs. I bought my regular size 5 and they fit pretty snug at first due to the plushy lining but after wearing them a few times they are nicely molded to the shape of my feet. Also my feet are on the wider side and these also fit fine. The wedge in this boot is much more comfortable and supportive than the regular Uggs. Even after an extended period of walking in these my feet felt pretty great.

First pair of UGG boots, however after years of reading reviews and comments about the brand knew about trying different sizes besides my own. I’m a 7 with chubby flat feet (this heel helps) and now own the 6.5. The Shala is comfortable and very cute with the heel and zippers. Easy to put on too. Ordered the care kit to protect the investment.

It is beyond me why a company like UGG doesn't provide WW (widths). I know everyone says the run wide, but some of us have Flintstone feet and want this same comfort, not to mention the style of UGG. Please add wide widths to the UGG family - especially in this lovely Shayla!

The arch was weird...it didn't support, which was needed with the added heel.

I love these! I I’m 6 or 6.5 and I ordered 6.5 and they fit perfectly! They are very easy to slip on and go! And are very comfortable and feel like your wearing slippers! I would definitely recommend these!

These are cuter than a lot of the uggs I've seen. I was hoping they'd fit. I have a another pair of uggs in size 8 that fit perfectly but the 8 in these was way too small. Thank you Zappos for making returning a breeze!!!
