Great boot to travel with or for around the block.

Only available in whole sizes, so you are instructed to order the next whole size up--that ended up being way too big, so I had to return them (they ran out of the size down in the meantime).

The comfort of the Timberland Boot Company shoes is remarkable, I have 6 pairs in total, so I knew that these would be the same, and they are well made, comfortable and they have the top quality materials, however the leather is not like the one on the pictures. It would take months of daily wear to make them look the same, but that should have been stated in the product description. The sole reason why I bought them was because in the pictures they look rugged and like the leather has been already treated to look that way, but they do not come that way. Be aware of it when ordering online, if you could buy them in any store you'll see what you are getting.

I normally wear an 11.5 in other brands but the 11 was a good fit as far as length is concerned . The shoe was a little narrow but I usually take the soles out of my shoe which made it a perfect fit. I wish the toe had more of a design like the "toe cap ". I ended up returning the boot for the "west haven" which offers a little more design and was less expensive( I love the westhaven by the way).

Shoe itself was fine. Sizing was the issue. Only comes in even sizes and says actually is 1/2 size large fit. Ordered a 9 because I were a 9 1/2. Arrived on time but fit was to snug. Returned.

The color of the leather and the upper and the lower is way different from the pictures. The color on the box was indicated as "Puce" while the color itself was actually brown instead of the burgundy that I ordered. Also, the wooden piece is made of very light wood, not the darker shade seen online. I am debating whether or not to send them back. On one hand, they are extremely comfortable, but I DO NOT like the look, as it is considerably different from the one shown online.

I think these shoes were for show or were used before sent to me. The shoes themselves were OK but I don't like the experience

Bought these for an option besides work boots, hiking boots, or tennies.
Look great, they are comfortable, however, within 2 months the sole was coming off of the shoe. For the price I expect a little more. I had to pay for shipping to have them fix their poor workmanship, but I have a new pair now, we will see if these last longer.
Also, it took a month from when I shipped the shoes to when I received a new pair. The actual shipping part took 3 days each way. They have a 12 month warranty, so not sure if the month in transit counts against those 12months or not, hopefully I will not have to find out.
Also, had a pair of their "Pro" boots and they last a couple months before the stitching started coming out....I am definitely rethinking timberlands QA....:(

The black boot is great, nice color. Brown boot is too red and one of the pictures is not even the same boot (there is a zipper on the side in the pic).

I ordered this specific color: burgundy (puce stated on the box) and received a brightful tan instead. NOT EVEN close to the online pictures. Disappointing.
Overall, great authentic leather.

The soul sticks out around the leather much farther than it looks online, giving the shoes a clown look. I just sent them back.

I was very disappointed with the actual color of this boot, which is a bright tan, almost pinkish color.

Loved these boots, but one pair I bought had the heel rip off the sole after only 3 months. Timberland says they have a 1 year warrantee so I shipped them to Timberland. They returned them without even fixing them, saying that it was normal wear and tear. Didn't even bother gluing it back together. Terrible customer service. They don't stand by their product. They're too expensive to have rip apart so quickly. Not buying from them again if that's how they stand by their products and quality.

Loved these boots. Super comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately the heel ripped off after 3 months. I returned them to Timberland (who said they have a 1 year warrantee) and they shipped them back, unfixed, saying that it was normal wear and tear. Horrible customer service and no support for their product. Not buying from them again.
