Runs big, purchased a large when i should've ordered a medium

Loved the feel and weight of the robe. However the stitching around the shoulda was not quality I expected. There was a hole (size of a quarter) with multiple unraveled threads on one shoulder and lots of long, random strings up and down the robe's seams we had to cut off.I couldn't return or mend since we're needing it for a hospital stay. Think quality control should have caught this one before shipping. Was a little embarrassed as it was a gift for my father-in-law.

It's a beautiful robe but too heavy and not as soft as I thought it would be ..

The product is cheap and thin. I am planning on returning it. I am looking for something plush and this ain't it.

I bought same item in the store the day i ordered this one online. Same description, same color. The one i boughy in the store was soft plush and fluffy. The one i recieved online was hard and still and a completely different material. Not happy at all

I got damaged and torn robe, as if it was used. Very disappointed. I want to give a present for my son

Not a good quality of material. Thin robe. Would not recommend
