These were much narrower than other Uggs. Very disappointing. I really wanted to like them, but they are too snug around the ball of the foot (I usually wear regular-width shoes.)

Uggs is no longer the most comfortable shoe, I am not sure if they changed the way they made them or what happened . Thank Goodness ZAPPOS is so AWESOME and i was able to send them back with no issues.

I was disappointed in this Ugg boot. Was very excited to have a waterproof style and better traction on the bottom the boot. But it runs small so order a size up. Also the 7 was very uncomfortable, the foot bed in each boot felt lumpy. Thank you Zappos for your wonderful customer service since I needed to compare two sizes. This was not the UGG for me, returned both sizes.

I have always liked the look of Ugg boots so I was happy when they offered waterproof options. The Vibram Arctic Grip sole really sold me though. Unfortunately, once I wore them outside in winter conditions I found them no different than any other sole. I will not be wearing these since they give me no confidence on ice. I would return them but evaluating the sole outdoors also eliminated my return privileges. An expensive but unavoidable purchasing mistake.

I really wanted a waterproof UGG Boat also. (With this order I also purchased a Mini Bailey Bow II in black and LOVE them!) However, this Classic Mini Waterproof is too small and feels more rigid and nowhere as comfortable as my other two UGG boats. Also they are low at the ankle and there is a gap in the front where rain and snow could definitely get in. If you are used to the soft comfort of other UGG Boots, like my Bailey Bow II and Mini Bailey Bow, you will find these Mini Waterproof Boots are a totally different feel: tight, rigid, restrictive and too short. SO I am returning them, but I love Zappos and your great customer service. I ordered these on a Monday about 2:30pm and they were here by noon the NEXT DAY!!
