I have always worn a size 39 in Birkenstock; these felt big and sloppy at that size. Love the shoe and I am exchanging them for a 38.

This the second pair of this shoe I’ve owned. The first pair lasted six months. One of the buckles started to fail on occasion and finally the same shoe tore a strap as I was running through an airport to change planes. That being said, I will happily re-purchase this shoe every 6 months if need be because they are so worth it for the comfort and versatility. They look great with jeans, dresses, and shorts.

I often wear narrow shoes and wanted to try these, but they were too wide. In particular the straps that go around the ankle were way too long.

These are one full size wider and larger. Order one size down from the size of your regular Birkenstock Arizona.

I was really excited about these! They are so cute and comfortable. However, my ankle and heels are narrow so the strap had to be very tight for the shoe to stay on. This then makes the other part of the shoe appear too large and it gapes. The Rio Birks ankle strap works on me but sits lower down on the ankle which must make the difference. True to size in Birk world, not normal shoe world.

Love this shoe, disappointed but must return. I'm a 9.5-10 and got the 40, fit like a glove. The blush pink and silver combo are almost a neutral and are perfect for summer. Have to send back due to ankle strap, too awkward for me to buckle and strap sits with a bulge off the foot, odd.

Loved the look of the Lola but it was way too wide in the front area of my foot. It felt true to size in the length. I usually wear a normal width, not at all narrow but these were too wide. Hated to return them.

Overall, these are very comfortable and cute. The little bit of a wedge heel helps up the style (and make your calves look good) without making them any harder to walk in (and I'm terrible at walking in heels). I've walked over a mile straight in these already and haven't had any issues beyond a little bit of rubbing of my pinkie toe against the leather on one side. My big issue with these, though, is how loose the straps across the front of the foot are. The straps around the ankle are adjustable, which is great, but the straps that go over the toes are at least half an inch too loose, so my toes come off the bottom every time I take a step. Also, size-wise, I normally wear a 7.5-8 in most brands, and a 38 in these fits perfectly.

I wanted these to work! My ankles are apparently too narrow and my overall foot volume are too small for these to fit securely.

I'm a birkenstock girl - i spend most of my life in birks - but these just weren't comfortable when I put them on. It was too hard to tell how they'd break in, and they didn't feel like they'd offer as much arch support as I was looking for, so I decided to return them.

The shoes are gorgeous. The fit didn’t work for time though. The front strap & footbed of the toe are is too wide for my foot. The heel area was perfect. Overall just a little too bulky for my petite feet (37 narrow)

I loved the look of these sandals. But I just could not get them to fit properly. I started my regular Birk size (In shoes, I normally wear a normal 7-1/2 to 8, and got the 38), but my heel kept getting pushed off the back, so I thought I'd try larger size to keep the heel on (39)...nope that didn't work, they were way too loose. I tried again with a smaller size (37) and although they worked a bit better (even though my toes were just about at the end), after just a few steps, my heel was being pushed off the back again. I think part of the problem is the cross straps are just too loose, so they don't hug your feet. I love the way these look on because they are really flattering. They look great with skirts, shorts or jeans because they can be dressed up or down. Alas, they were not meant to be for me. If I could get them to stay on, I'd keep them in a heartbeat.

Cute! I sized down to a 37 (I'm a true 7.5) based on other reviews and these were definitely too small. Go with your regular size! 38 it is for me. These are very lightweight and I love the strappy look. Arch support is great!

These are very cute, and the wedge is dressier than other Birkenstocks. But they only came in a narrow width, and my foot is a true medium. I wish they would have worked for me..

The shoes were beautifully made, but I had to return because they were too wide for my feet. I love birkenstocks in general and sad these didn't fit me.

A comfortable shoe and stylish shoe.

I think these tend to run a little more narrow than typical Birks, but they're a lot cuter. And the width is fine for my foot. They're still really comfortable, and provide so much arch support compared to a lot of sandals out there. When they first came, I thought I got the wrong box of shoes because the box says Papilio instead of Birkenstock. Just a heads up. Overall I'm really happy with these! They're comfortable, looked great with a dress, and I was able to wear them all day right out of the box.

Super cute shoe. However, the strap was just a bit too short for my ankles. I really don't think my ankles are that big, but there just wasn't enough strap to be comfortable. Other than that, I loved them.

Comfy enough, but didn't like the color in person. Just a little to blah for me.

These shoes are beautiful but when my daughters were wearing them, their feet constantly slipped backward off the shoe. It was very bizarre so we returned them. They both have very narrow feet with skinny ankles so I'm not sure if that was the issue

These are so cute and would have been perfect with many things, sadly they are not narrow enough in the toe area where the straps cross and I felt like I would walk right out of them. So back they go with much regret.

These sandals would have been great, however, they are way too WIDE for me. The description said 'narrow'.

Really wanted to love these. I have at least 4 pairs of Birkenstocks in the same size, and similar styles. The fit was fine, but the way the shoe connected to the fit, my heel slipped out of the shoe while I walked. With the elevated heel, this led to potential disaster. Also not as cute or “nice” as I thought they would be in person.

I LOVED this shoe, and am so dissappointed I could cry. It was exactly what I was looking for, and felt absolutely amazing. But the straps on the toe were so loose, and the length of the shoe so much longer than expected that they were sort of falling off my foot when I walked. They were so long, if I put my heel in the heel cup, my toes only came about halfway down the toe box. Putting my toes in the right place shifted my heel out of the heel cup and partly onto the arch support. I think people with average feet will absolutely love these. They were a very sad miss for me.
