I would have loved to keep these boots, but the leather presses uncomfortably into the top of my foot when I walk in them. For this money, I'd like them to be comfortable, not just handsome (and handsome they are.)
Also, there is a sewing defect in the left boot.

The Birkenstock boots have beautiful looking leather but they are so stiff that I cannot wear them. Don't know how anyone can. They are so uncomfortable I will stick to my favorite Arizona soft foot bed sandals by Birkenstock. It's unfortunate that no company makes comfortable leather boots for slim feet.
Even Ferragamo and Stuart Weitzman don't make narrow shoes or boots anymore
