I was so excited to get these boots but when I attempted to try them on I couldn't get my foot through the opening. In the picture above it looks like the opening is a good size but the pair I received have an opening that only a child could get their foot through. I might try a 1/2 size up to see if they are better.

This is the first time I purchased an UGG boot that killed my feet. I am a 7.5M, nothing unique about my feet, but those boots are very uncomfortable; very hard to put on and take off, I can't even wear socks otherwise my foot doesn't go in, tight on the shaft and they make the arch on top of my feet hurt. I can't wait to take them off at nights every time I wear them. I want to be optimistic that eventually they will stretch but haven't seen any such sign yet. I look really good which is the only reason the get 2 stars.

Very narrow

These boots looked fantastic both online and in person! I thought I had found my new favorite boot! Unfortunately, the boots are very stiff and uncomfortable. I also think the footbed should be lined. I returned them.

I have purchased several Ugg boots in the past, size 8. They have always been super comfortable and fit perfectly. For some reason these boots were way too narrow and ran small. They were a great color and style but I had to return them due to fit.

Almost impossible to get on. No zipper or pull so you have to try to shove your foot in which doesn't work. Took a few minutes just to get 1 boot on, and this is not a sizing issue as they fit fine after I eventually got them on. So disappointed as these are super cute. Returning.

Looks nice online but doesn't fit according to size painful when trying to put it on, had to return, Not sure if I can purchase online anymore.

Beautiful shoe/boot, beautiful suede, ill fitting

I returned the Karen boots because they made my feet look huge. The heels are too thick and there is no fur in the foot bed. The reason I buy UGG is because they are soft and comfy. These were clubby and hard. I'll try again when the style makes a change.

These booties are super cute..the only problem is they are too hard to put on..the boots have no zipper or no opening on the side. So you have to struggle pulling the boot onto your foot. I returned mine, sad to say.
