The length was ok, the width a bit tight, but I think with regular wear I'd be glad because they would probably stretch out. Loved the flexibility on the sold, however, the arch support for me is zero and the underfoot padding non-existent. I could feel everything underfoot, almost like walking barefoot. For me this was a huge no. Got to have at least some padding and protection from what is underfoot. I don't want to feel every little thing I walk on. I had high hopes from the description, but it did not ring true for me. Going back to lovely Zappos.

I wouldn’t buy this slip her again. I bought it on Zappos’s website but I’m thinking it must have been for filled by Amazon. The slippers did not arrive in a box which is what I always used to store them and initially they felt pretty good. Now after wearing them for about a month the foot bed is flat and the heel is flat, there’s a lump in the middle where I suppose the arch is suppose to be. Almost want to call to return them at this point.

I returned these as they were way too big. I didn’t order different size as I didn’t feel they were very warm

These fit great and felt great but my feet were still cold!

No arch support or comfy insole, going back. Pancake flat.
