These are cute shoes. They were comfortable right out the box. The first time I wore them, I wore them all day without any discomfort. There is plenty of room in the toe area. I had to get a half size smaller than I normally wear.

I tried the size 9 in these Foratos and they were too short. The 9.5 feels about the same length but the right shoe really rubbed my foot where a seam crossed my big toe joint. Nope, not for me. Darn, I really like their look.

These shoes are adorable and trendy. The sole is very comfortable as it has a lot of comfortable squish to it. I wear a true 8.5 US and found the shoe to be a little tight around the tip and too loose in the tongue and upper portion as my feet are rather narrow. Although they don't fit me properly, I can absolutely recommend the comfortability and cuteness of them. I wish they fit me! Great quality leather too and light in weight.

If these shoes laced up, I would love them. They don't lace, however, resulting in a lack of support from the tongue and top of the shoe.

Love the shoe. The black is not shiny but nor is it distressed, the leather looks and feels sturdy, the sole is decently non skid. There's no getting around this style of shoe can make my feet look a little big but these are not clunky or oversized. I'm a chef but sadly the kind that sits at a desk most of the day; still I do have to be able to jump on the line, break down the pallet, whatever. Walk around for 12 hour days sometimes on wet surfaces. They do look the part. These are great I love them and I may order them in the brown as well. I am typically 8.5 - 9 in most shoes, I have been able to wear 8s in Born but I ordered these in 8.5 just because I can't be having pinched toes at work. Wish I'd gone for the 8. So order the smaller of 2 sizes if you are uncertain.

These are gorgeous shoes and comfortable, but they run large and wide. I am usually an 8 and am returning to get the 7.5. Leather is beautiful and once it looks worn will be even better

I always wear size 9 in Born booties, of which I have several pairs. So I ordered a 9 in these Forato shoes. They're too short. I'm exchanging for a 9.5 if I can. Very cute, goor arch support, good medium or slightly narrower than medium width, and relatively soft leather that I'm sure will be comfy after a couple hours of break in time. The leather was discolored on the tongue of one of them -- a noticeable defect -- so I'm hoping the new pair won't be like that. Come on Born and Zappos -- quality control really matters!!

I'm so disappointed in these shoes. They're so pretty and comfortable, but they run so large. I wear a size 6, which is the smallest size available in these shoes. When they arrived, I was so excited to try them on, only to find out that my entire heel came out of the shoe as I walked. I don't know how these can be labeled a size 6. They don't make any sizes smaller, so now I'm stuck returning these or trying to make them work.

Too big so I returned for a half size smaller which I also returned. My heel slipped out and the ankle opening was too loose. It’s a nice looking shoe but does not fit well.
