This is a very attractive shoe and would have been perfect for my use, but it is way too wide. It is always disappointing to order a shoe that is allegedly "narrow" to find it is not narrow. I wish that manufacturers would state the width as it is and not what might induce a customer to buy it. Better yet, they should make narrow shoes.

Evan thought I ordered a WW the toe box was too narrow. Had to return them.

These weren't for me. I do have high arches but felt nothing in terms of support. I would call the color more off white than bone but the my screen representation was true to the color they are.

So, these shoes i ordered in a 12W. They felt more like a 13, and they are angled weird. I have a very hard time walking in them. Really disappointing, they looked nice, I had high hopes for them. Back they go...A positive is return policy & customer service at Zappos. Wonderful! Thanks!

Perfect for my small feet!

Comfortable dress shoes with a modest heels. Purchased to wear with Army AGSU uniform and these are perfect.

It fit perfectly from the first minute. The style and the heel height are exactly what I was looking for.

Graceful design. Enough of a heel to add a dressy element to outfits. Light padding on footbed- as comfortable as flats! I have bunions; the wide width easily accommodates them, with no pressure on the sensitive areas.

The 8 1/2 extra wide fit perfectly. The pump does not pinch at all across the top of my toes which is nice. The Leather is soft. I bought them to wear to a funeral, and they should work well for standing along while.

Ordered 10M. They were large and slipped off my heels with every step. I ordered the same brand in the pretty Mary Jane style. Perfect fit. A keeper. Between the 2 shoes the only difference was the Mary Jane strap but without the strap the shoe ran larger. Returned.

Beautiful shoe. Not sure if it was just my foot, but my great toe was hitting the the point of the shoe which was uncomfortable. otherwise it fit my foot nicely, so I was bummed.

Perfect heel size. I can dress up or down the black fabric. The wide is generous but I didn’t want to take a chance on the B width. Happy to find pumps I can wear comfortably and that look good on my short, wide feet.

I ordered three pair of lower heeled black women's dress shoes for work. I'm on my feet all day and I wanted something that looked good with a skirt or dress and was comfortable. This pair was easily the best. Loved the heel height. It actually feels like I'm wearing a flat. There's not a ton of support but they are truly very comfortable. I also liked that they didn't slip at the heel. Very easy to wear.

Very comfortable straight from the box.

I needed these shoes to wear to a funeral - there are no shoe stores near me and I needed them quickly and for them to be very comfortable. They came quickly and they are so pretty and extremely comfortable. My problem is that weather cancelled my flight so I couldn't go and I keep looking at the shoes trying to decide if I will need a dress shoe, so do I keep them or return them. I will decide over the next couple of days.

These shoes were the most comfortable heels I've ever worn! They were perfect to dress up slacks, and I wore them all day for my mother in law's memorial service as well. My feet never got tired. Thanks for creating something so stylish and comfortable -- so hard to find.

Because of the pointed toe I needed a Wide width. Very comfortable.

I have been looking a looong time for a pair of heels I could wear. I'm 72. I didn't want high heels, but wanted something with some style. l I didn't want another pair of Mary Janes. Sooooo happy--I have finally found a pair of low block heels I can wear, feel great and look great in.....they fit....I have a narrow heel and my heel doesn't slip in this shoe. I'm coming back for another color.

I adore these shoes! They did take 2-3 wears to break in and become comfortable, but now that they are broken in they feel great on. I love the style so much, and the heel height is perfect. I am a teacher, and they are perfect to wear to school. They look professional, but they are comfortable enough to wear all day. I may buy a 2nd pair to keep in reserve for when these wear out.

I ordered a 9 Narrow and for once my flat feet don't look like giant flippers. And they actually fit nicely in the heel. Nice shoe, very comfortable. Bought them for work but not sure if I'm keeping them only because the other pair looked less dressy

I'm glad I ordered a narrow. Its the first flat that I can wear with my heel popping out. Love the inside - so comfortable. Perfect work shoe.
