I was looking for comfortable, but still stylish, shoes to wear with tights and work dresses and skinny jeans. I'm 5 months pregnant and my normally narrow feet have started to swell quite a bit! These are truly wonderful. I can wear them all day at the office and walking during my commute--my feet feel totally fine. The square toed front leaves plenty of wiggle room for my toes. Sometimes my legs are a little tired by end of day, but I'm gonna chalk that up to pregnancy. I'm usually a 7.5 and that's what fit in these as well. I also ordered other shoes that are more so known for comfort and support before style (like the Dansko Jessica). Yes they were super cozy but also reeeaaallly matronly looking. I couldn't bring myself to commit to wearing them everyday--too depressing. These are a better blend of style and comfort.

Hello- I ordered these shoes because they were made by Born and could be worn to work with professional attire. However, when I received them, I was disappointed to note that the soles -especially for the forefoot- were very thin. It seems that after wearing them a few times, you would be able to feel every pebble you stepped on. They were well made shoes. The quality of the leather was great. The style was perfect. I just had to return them because the soles were so thin.

I ordered a couple different boots to try and these felt the most comfortable, right out of the box. I wore them all day today for the first time and they felt great! They look good with jeans and nice pants.

I have super high arches and these actually come close to supporting them. Even most shoes rated excellent for arch support rarely touch mine so I was very pleasantly surprised by these. Love the sleek, clean style and they are comfortable to wear all day.

This is for people with narrow feet and high arches. It's an absolutely beautiful shoe. The brown leather is rich in color and finish and the shape of the shoe is gorgeous. Unfortunately my feet are slightly wide and this was too narrow. I also have a low to normal arch and the support felt like it was poking me in the arch - very uncomfortable.

Star-crossed lovers! I ADORE the look of this shoe, it's exactly what I've been burning my eyeballs up searching the whole internet for. Alas, like Romeo & Juliet, our love is not meant to be: The fit is weird and untenable. I wear 6.5/7, depending on the manufacturer. But with these, I would need to size up to a 7.5 for the forward half of the shoe to fit - but the problem is that the back half is already too big in a 7 - I can fit 2 fingers straight down the back between my heel and the inside insole :/ It it is a very stylish and also well-made shoe, for anyone wanting to try it out.

I love these short boots! They are stylish, versatile, and comfortable. I usually wear a size 7, but occasionally need a 7.5 depending on style. The 7 in this shoe felt a bit tight; since I will wear a trouser sock I decided to go up half a size, and they feel great! I love Zappos not only because of their wide selection and quick delivery, but the customer service is outstanding. Thank you for easy returns when I need a half size larger!

I already love Born shoes, so when I was looking for a boot that was a bit more stylish with a higher heel, I choose the Aneto. Once again, from the minute I put them on, my feet felt comfortable. I always take a half size smaller with a Born shoe, so 6.5 is perfect rather than my usual 7. Born shoes might be a little more money, but the value is truly there.

Super soft and luxurious leather, extremely comfortable and also stylish.

Heel height is just right to help add comfort for longer wear. The sole has a lot of cushion. Suede like exterior makes it look great. Low cut hits right by the ankle. Love ??

I love everything about these boots . They felt wonderful the minute I put my feet in them . I usually wear a size 9 so that was what I purchased and the fit was perfect...no break in time needed. They are very classy looking. I wore them with a knee length skirt and black tights and received compliments about them. The hill is stacked and just the right height to be stylish and still comfortable . They are a bit pricey but I don’t mind because I love them so much !

The shoe runs true to size. As with any leather shoe, it can be snug at first but loosens up with time. The curve in the top supports the ankle instead of rubbing on it. These can be worn with pants or skirts/dresses. They are comfortable, supportive, and stylish. They are a great investment that can be enjoyed for many years!

LOVE! I haven't been able to wear much of a heal since having foot surgery a few years ago, so was worried these might not work...however, I wore them to work all day and had no discomfort at all! They are very soft - no break-in required....easy to get on/off with the side zipper - just enough heal to look more feminine and a nice square toe box for those of us with foot issues. The only down-side is that the sole does seem a bit thin, but that was not a huge issue for me (thus the 4 stars for comfort). Ladies, you will not be disappointed with these!!

I have been buying Born boots for a long time I bought the black Aneto my package was dropped off couple days early I was like a little kid on Christmas I opened the box and the boots where so shiny because of the leather tried them on in my bare feet OMG so comfortable you must buy them you will not be disappointment. I love these boots. Born had a squared toe style about 5 years ago that I wanted really badly, but was sold out in my size. I’ve been looking for an equivalent every year since. Finally! They fit perfectly, look gorgeous and are comfortable. Yay!
