These boots were true to size. I purchased a 10 medium, which is the size of all my born shoes and boots. I’m very pleased as they are even nicer in person. The leather is pliable and the soles are great for all weather. I especially like the nearly flat heels, super comfortable.

I almost forgot about Born, how well they fit, and how stylish their shoes are. I was putting on my old black boots the other day and saying how much I like them and how comfortable they are. When I said to myself "who made these"? Born! Went right to Zappos to see if I could get another pair of them. I really don't need them, because these Born boots have served me for about 4 winters and they still look good. But...... I really would like a new pair and found these Eastons. Comfortable right out of the box. I do have high arches and my left foot was a bit of a tug to get it on, but once on, I was sold. I usually buy something with a wide toe box and even though these are somewhat pointy, there isn't a problem with my bunions. The insole is surprisingly well padded-a treat for my tired old feet. For the past few years I've been taking a 6-1/2, but my old Born boots were a 6, so I said "I'll stick with the 6", and they are a perfect fit. I'll be back to look for more Born shoes. And for the wonderful service that Zappos affords us all.

This is my first pair of Born boots, and I knew nothing about this brand prior to buying, but they showed up as a "recommended brand" on Zappos and I thought I'd try them out. Wow. i LOVE them. They needed no breaking in, were immediately super comfortable, and I feel like I could walk for miles in them. I do love these boots. They feel true to size, and while there isn't incredible arch support, there is moderate arch support so I don't have any foot pain. I would absolutely buy another pair of Born boots.

These boots are very comfortable. I have to wear wides sometimes and these boots are just the right width.

Love! Took me 2 years to find a replacement for my favorite booties, stylish but simple and comfortable with a low heel. These fit the bill exactly and needed no breaking in. Been wearing them daily since they arrived.

These are great fall shoes I wear with lots of outfits. They are comfortable and I can wear them around all day.

Born are always comfortable but the minute I slipped these boots on I literally let out a verbal sigh! I love shopping with Zappos.

A couple of years ago I ordered a pair of Ecco boots from Zappos which I dearly love. I can’t find them on Zappos or the Ecco web page so I ordered 2 different pairs of Born which I thought would do. But alas, it was not to be, although they came close. Eccos & Born are brands that work well for me, but in this case, something was a little off. Needless to say I’m a bit sad.

Oh wow! These were comfortable on the first day, and look nice enough to wear to work. They're a little higher than traditional ankle boots, but I loved the added support. Very cute, very comfortable. They're on the smaller side of the size -- not half a size down, but small enough that if you're in doubt, go up. I'm a true seven, and they fit, but there's no extra room.

Born boots are very comfortable. I wish the footbed had a little more cushion. Nice arch support and nice style. I love Born...my go to boots.

This is definitely more of a casual boot since it has almost no heel, but sill comfortable.

These are not my favorite boots however they are comfortable and have a low heel which was my goal. I am a size 10. These boots are just too roomy on top of the foot and around the lower ankle. but I feel a size 9.5 would be too small for me. I am able to wear them all day with no pain in my feet.

These were a good fit except for the toes, where for my wide feet the toe box is a little too pointy, making my big and pinky toe feel crowded.

Gorgeous Boot, but 'b' width in this boot is just not wide enough for my wide foot.

The boot was much higher on my ankle that expected and did not look good on me. Otherwise very comfortable and stylish boot.

These shoes are attractive, but they crush my high instep. They're going back. (I wish shoes were classified by instep as well as width.)
