Best boots I've worn, HVAC field

my love of the coburg and keen customer service really saved this review. my third pair of coburgs and I've been wearing them for about 7 years now. I'm 6'2 and weigh over 300lbs so footwear doesn't typically last me more than 6 months but these boots take a bearing. one eyelet was broken but customer service took care of me. extremely light weight and waterproof and just tough as nails. perfect for working in state parks and forests. some days I'm climbing mountains with a chainsaw on my back. other days I'm building bridges through swamps. couldn't find a better suited boot, even if I wanted to

Third pair of Keens, second work boot. Super comfy out of the box, very little breaking in required. Great traction, wear them typically 9-14 hours a day with no complaints.

Purchased a pair of these 2 years ago and have been incredibly happy. On my feet all day in different environments, water, dirt, mountain terrain and yes even pavement. Like any boot or shoe, they wear out. There still wearable, however due to the nature of my job I needed a new pair. Hoping that I get the same results and support. I do have to install inserts due to a bad knee, but no fatigue and most importantly my feet stay dry. Happy that they are made in the USA.

Those who know me, know that I have struggled to heal my feet in the two years after I shattered and dislocated them. They healed well, but my old work boots didnt fit right and really didnt work at all anymore. Ive worked long enough in my new boots to know that they are perfect for me, KEEN Coburg 8 with steel toes. Theyre comfortable and protective, they are durable and help me grip the ground well and stay upright, which is very important when you are doing work with chainsaws!

I build pallets for a big soda brand that shall remain nameless. Lots of getting up and down off of a jack and running around on cement. These boots have helped manage any foot and knee pain I was having with my last pair of boots. They work great for warehouse work.

All my boots are size 13 and these boots run. Beg, I'm not happy with them. I don't wear them off to I think I need a size 12 and a 1/2. It would be great if the company would send those to me. Or give me a really good deal. I would buy them again. Boot seems to be strong and tough especially for the type of work I do.

They would be a 4 or 5 star boot, except the plastic cladding around the heel means inward and scrapes my ankle. Leaves blisters every time I try to do any meaningful amount of walking. I was hoping it would get better as they broke in, but if anything it got worse. My next step will probably be attempting to cut off or heat and bend the cladding around the heel. Other than that major issue, the boots are great. If the cladding issue wasnt present they would be amongst my favorite boots, and Ive had a lot of different boots over the years.

Wore them right out of the box on a huricane relied operation and they were extremely comfortable.

I work in a brutal environment and have only had these about a week, so far just ok. They seem to be a little odd sized, the left one fits perfectly but the right is a bit painful on my heel, maybe my feet are odd? Although Ive never had this problem before. Time will tell if they hold up and maybe theyll break in some and the right heel will feel better.

Ive had these boots not even two weeks and they are coming apart. Well the left boot is coming apart. Insoles feel like paper my feet have hurt everyday since wearing these. I will be sending them back. I wouldnt recommend these.

Very comfortable boots. I wear them daily and Keen quality is beyond all other boots for me. They are wide and no tie pinch. They are durable and high quality for lasting comfort.
